Amadria Park Beach Hotel Niko

Great resort with long beach and a couple of reataurants and other amenties.

Restaurants could have a bit more variety of food but in general it is okay :)

staff were nice and location was good.

the air condition was very bad. they should definitely replace their A/C as they seem to be very old.

Breakfast way excellent and the location of the hotel is also nice. Staff was kind too.

Everything was good except the room and its facilities. room was tiny and the bathroom would require renovation. towel dryer in the balcony would have been nice. bed mattress was ultra thick and soft.

Outside facilities, including pools and bar were great. Breakfast was great.Staff was super helpful and pleasant. Especially Kristina (Kike), Tomislav and girl from Macedonia (I forgot her name)

Beds are too soft. Room are very outdated, and air condition is very weak.

The staff is excellent—very kind, accommodating, and always ready to help. At the beginning of my trip, I was welcomed with a message in my hotel room, and upon departure, I received a farewell note and gifts from the staff. All praise to them, and I will definitely be back! I really liked breakfast!

The property was surprisingly beautiful, well organised, the staff is very attentive and offers a high end experience. They offer small tokens of attention that make you feel very welcome and pampered. Beautiful Dalmatian village, gardens, pools, restaurants, so much to do within one resort. They offer adult only spa amentities also which is nice so there is something for everyone here. Sibenik is close, bus ride away, and there is also a nice shopping mall nearby. Have to compliment the staff especially, they were so kind and attentive to us and the kids.

The extra services like the water park and indoor popls are paid in full price even though we were guests of the hotel. The booking didnt say that indoor swimming pools are at extra cost.

Excellent location, beautifully landscaped greenery, helpful and friendly staff, great breakfast. Both we and our dog enjoyed it.

Breakfast ia great

Rooms are old, there are no charging sockets close to the bed or really around the room. Since one is occupied by tv and is behind a table, it only leaves one at the place that is not really convenient.

Great accommodation with nice pool and very good breakfast. It is barrier-free but you need to take a longer way to get to the pool and breakfast hall. The staff is very helpful and service oriented. Especially Magdalena and Maja were very accomodating and made our stay very comfortable. A tiny thing but big impact of feeling well hosted: During our checkout we were asked if we have water for our drive back home. All in one we can definitelly recommend this accommodation.

Breakfast is nice. Sea was amazing. Gardens and coast side are cozy.

This hotel is a part of big hotel complex. There are many other Amadria hotels on the coast line which is more than 2km. Niko is one of them. Beaches are common use. The hotel permises are private only for hotel guests. Niko hotel has very old rooms. The rooms are too small for three beds. Bathrooms are very old and somehow looks dirty because they are outdated. There is no designated beach to the hotels. You can go to any beach freely and lay your towel. If you want to use sunbed you have to pay 10 euro . But there is no shower at the beaches. Parking is not free. 12 per day.I would say the value for money is low. At the end we paid 270 per day but for each day we have to pay additionally 10 euro for the sunbed and 12 parking. So this money is too high for this hotel.

Clean rooms, nice staff, nice hotel lobby and pool, good breakfast

Amadria Park is great for comfort, if you don't want to spend time traveling around looking for different beaches or thinking too much. The beach and sea is a few minutes away and there's a beautiful beach walk and great tasting food at the restaurants. The hotel pools are nice and fresh (even though they used salt water in the pool – which could have been mentioned somewhere), and there was always enough sun beds etc. I appreciated that they showed kid friendly movies on a big outdoor screen by the beach every night at 9 pm. The kids (4 and 7) had a great time!

On the other hand... it felt very "fake Croatia" and everything (I mean everything!) was very expensive. Mini golf, boat rides, buying pool toys or snorkel, and eating in the restaurants cost a fortune. I kind of felt trapped sometimes, inside Amadria Park area, who also own and manage all the restaurants in the area. It was impossible to find decent lunch to a decent price (like they had not even a salad, only very basic and tasteless baguettes wrapped in plastic), and you don't see much of local culture or people. One day we found our way out of Amadria Park and had dinner at a local restaurant, and it was big difference, less expensive and felt more real. Also Sibenik was way to hot this time a year (August) so we only visited the city once. I think it's unfortunate that Croatia is being exploited this way with streamlined luxury resorts, instead of empowering local businesses and collaborations.

Very nice and clean hotel. Super friendly staff and a good pool area.

They should put a place in the pool where there is always some shade. Like a paviljon roof. The rooms are a bit outdated. Very little places to charge phones. I had to shut down the TV behind the table to find electricity.

the location in amzing, the facilities of the hotel are great and above all was the service. we were assistanced by the wonderful Maja that helped us and explaind on every little issue and made our short time well used. the food at the hotel was supper.

the room smelled from cigarrets and the aircondition was'nt realy cooling the room.

We arrived at the hotel before 10 am, even though our check-in time, according to Booking, was at 3 pm. The staff was very friendly and helped us with our luggage, storing it for us. They provided us with towels and granted us access to the pool area. They even informed us that our room would be ready by 1 pm. Although there was an issue with our room, the reception manager explained the situation, provided us with a complimentary dinner, and promptly resolved the matter in a highly professional manner. We plan to return to this hotel, as the staff here were among the best we have ever encountered in all our travels.

Very good pool area especially for the little ones, large area they can trudge around on. Good food, both breakfast and dinner have a large selection to choose from and it is kept fresh. The area where the hotel is, is cozy with clean sea water and large shallow coast that are suitable for the little ones. Activities like movie-night at the beach is a big + . Very nice and helpful staff.

Some improvements can be made regarding the dinner service. There should be glasses at the juice machine and not just those that are laid out at the tables. You should have the coffee machine on during dinner and offer coffee. More frech fruits and greater electability. The hotel as a whole is fresh, but you get a bit disappointed by the older decor in the rooms and above all the older AC unit, which is quite a big minus as you cannot adjust the thermostat and the unit was on the verge of handling the capacity of a room with two adults and two children. It got hot at times.

We had a really wonderful experience. The location is perfect, offering beautiful views and easy access to beaches and attractions. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable.The staff are outstanding—friendly and helpful, ensuring our stay was enjoyable. The amenities, including the pool and on-site restaurant, were excellent. We especially loved the delicious food!
