Great breakfast

The hotel is well located in the old town and close to all tourist spots, restaurants and bars. The room was comfortable and good value for money. Staff were freindly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Beautiful historic building

I found it on the internet when I was searching for a Hotel to spend the night in Sebenick. The front desk staff were fantastic, warm, friend ly, attentive to your needed.

Choose the hotel due to the location and it did not dissapoint, easy to find, great value, breakfast was a bonus

This was our second stay at this hotel. We were here when they renovated it and it was wonderful. After nearly 9 years, we returned. The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff friendly. We'll be back again.

For the most part, a clean room and comfortable bed. I wished they had reduced rate parking for the hotel stay.

Jelena our hostess was just wonderful. From helping us with our early check-in, to providing much needed aid with all of our bookings when my phone failed earlier on our trip. Her restaurant and tour recommendations were also very helpful and made our trip memorable. Fondly, Cara and Jim

I love the location and the look of the hotel itself.

Reaching the hotel and parking. There is no hotel parking and they don't offer any help to find the parking or at least pay portion of it(if not all), I paid 50 eur city parking for 24h as it was the only spot I could find that wasn't too far.I suggest hotel owners to enhance guest experience by offering some sort of valet(which is quite risky so I understand), offer a shuttle from a cheap parking further away or just reimbursement, guests will appreciate it. That was my only negative experience and it's not hotel itself or staff Also, chocolate candy was left under the pillow or blanket which I didn't see at all, so I slept on it and it melted. I apologize for the mess and advise other guest to take a look before sleeping.

The breakfast had delicous croissants, eggs and a variety of fruits and cheeses and other items. It was a very nice breakfast.

The hotel and rooms are lovely, they have an old feel to them in keeping with the surrounding area. The hotel is perfectly located in the centre of the old town. There is no parking (as expected when beign in the old town) but there is car parking nearby. The Garage is the cheapest and is approx 400m away but we found this always to be full with cars queueing on the road to get in. We parked in one of the other car parks which all seem to be priced at €2 per hour including nights which is very expensive but such is the case in Sibenik. The hairdryer in the bathroom is also very poor, made no difference to drying my hair. Perhaps the hotel would consider portable hairdryers that have a bit of power. Unfortunately the Spa in the hotel is only open for a very limitted time, only a couple of hours a day, so it was closed when we checked in and we needed to check out before it opened again. This was disappointing. While I found the reception staff friendly and well mannered, they did not seem to know the area well and were unable to advise where to go as a tourist besides the usual antiquities. The hairdryer in the bathroom is also very poor, made no difference to drying my hair. The breakfast was lovely, with fresh croissants and bread being brought from the kitchen frequently and anice selection of other foods.

The location of Hotel was perfect. Staff was good, kind and helpful. Breakfast was really good. It was a pleasant stay.

Great location, beautiful lobby and breakfast area and plush, spotless rooms. Loved the elevator! Really excellent, friendly and helpful staff (lined up same day massages for us on arrival!).

The spa is not what we would traditionally call a spa in the US. It is a small hot tub, a small sauna and a message table in one upper room.

The location is perfect, the hotel is very nice and authentic. But the most important - the staff is amazing, welcoming and thoughtful. Katarina, the receptionist, found out feom my ID it was my birthday, so she prepared a lovely bday card with a small bottle of Rosè and a souvenir as a surprise in my bedroom.

The central location.

Lake of staff guidance when fire alarm went off. No one advised guests what to do or even acknowledged the alarm.

This is a lovely building in a great location. The parking suggested worked well, 5 mins walk away, secure and easy to use. The room was very clean and large and the soft furnishings were very much in keeping with the 'grand' feel of the place. The Staff were cheerful and always available. The lift was much appreciated.

Many previous reviews raved about the Bar and the outside seating on the terrace. Sadly we were told the owners had decided not to open the bar or the outside terrace for the season. This means there is NO OUTSIDE SEATING now provided. Given it is a pretty square and the evenings were warm and will be warmer as the summer approaches this seems a negative for future guests. Also the 'cakes' provided in the past are not now. Breakfast was mediocre with no prepared fruit, no meats or cheese selection, no tomatoes etc in fact it was all very carb heavy. The staff were apologetic about the terrace, it seems unfair for them to have to defend a decision out of their hands. The owners need to take note. Had it been open we would have spent our euros there instead of across the square in the bar there.

Our room and view were both beautiful, the staff are friendly and checking in/out is very easy, and there is an elevator! Right in the center of the town and beautiful buildings and alleys everywhere. Breakfast was served every morning with quite a few tasty selections.

You will have to walk with your luggage to get to the hotel regardless of if you parked or were dropped off and there is no kettle in the rooms.

Not enough light in the bathroom. It should have one more lamp above the mirror.

Location and included breakfast. Great staff for breakfast, good coffee and professional, so different than at check-in.

Front Desk Staff at check in was less than helpful, unprofessional and condescending. One of the reasons we booked this place was because of hot tub and spa. Hot Tub was broken, sauna needed to scheduled at 2pm the following day after check out. How dare I ask why? Later that evening as we walked out I asked about wifi. Broken, I then asked if he could reset it, he said IT IS BROKEN. Hotel is badly in need of update. Carpet worn out and dirty, towel tread bare... Must have been a nice place 4/5 years ago. I would not stay again.
