The view

Wasn't adequately prepared for us. Zero acknowledgement of our honeymoon. Older male server at dinner was rude. Internet service was awful. Air conditioning didn't work. We asked 3 times to have it checked and got no feedback and it never got fixed.

The view was fantastic! Fun to watch people bungee jump from the infinity pool. Sibenik was gorgeous.

Good location, good food, good staff ?

View was very nice and location. Staff very helpful and there was not too much people so it was comfortable inside, rooms were big enough.

On outside hotel looks nice but inside you can see a lot of old installations and furniture etc. I really don't know how does this hotel have 4 stars, it is perfect for 3 stars.

No tea or coffee facilities in the room or slippers and dressing gown.

The room has for likes it has not been opened for a while. We had to keep window open for several hours. For a big hotel it seems fairly empty.

View from the balcony, free parking, big room and quiet.Breakfast had enough options to start the day with energy. Good coffee with local pastry!Swimming pool with a great view but we didn't have time to use it because we've been left most of the time.

One of the air conditioners makes a loud noise but we had two in the room so we used the other one. The safe deposit box wasn't well fixed in the wall of the wardrobe, when I pulled it get it out.

The location

Several things in the room not working properly, room information book out of date, no English international new channels as advertised. Breakfast was very mediocre. Very poor wifi in the rooms, dropped out constantly.

We had a good stay in the facility, the room was very spacious and comfortable, your restaurant was excellent, the service was perfect with very kind staff, . I will recommend it to many and will certainly return willingly.

Location is the best part of the hotel. It sits on top of a hill where you can overlook beautiful scenery and right next to the highway which is very convenient.

The reading light next to my bed was broken and I reflected this to the front desk only to be told that there is nothing they could do about it. The WiFi signal is spotty and sluggish. I also wished that I could adjust the room temperature by myself but the thermostat wasn’t working in my room. I also wished that there was a tea pot in the room so I could have hot water anytime I wanted.

The view from the room was amazing, the hotel was great. The only issue i had is the location, its far from most things, the taxi's are not always reliable and to get anywhere you have to go by taxi which can be quite pricey

I had to pay 20 euros in a taxi just to go and get suncream and toothpaste etc

Room was not clean, stains on bedsheets and towels. Staff were rude and unhelpful

The hotel experience was outstanding. The room was perfect and the food both in the evening and at breakfast was outstanding.

There was little atmosphere in the evening (not an issue in our case).

Our window was broken and the toilet had strange smell.

Very comfortable bed. Great pool. Good view.

Wifi does not work in rooms. Captive pricing (bar and restaurant) - there's a supermarket 3 km down the road (although the staff will tell you it's "15 km away" ?).- go there. Worst air conditioning control panel ever!
