Located just 7 km from the Welsberg train station, we offer cozy rooms with balconies and magnificent views of the surrounding nature. Our small, lovingly managed eco-hotel combines Alpine coziness with genuine hospitality. Regional ingredients take center stage in our kitchen, and we prepare many dishes ourselves—with great care, heart, and a keen eye for quality. Once a week, our kitchen remains closed in the evening. On this day, we invite you to discover a restaurant of your choice. We deduct €15 per person for the dinner not taken at the hotel. Thanks to our location, the Dolomites, Lake Braies (Pragser Wildsee), and the Three Peaks (Drei Zinnen) are easily accessible. In winter, the Kronplatz and Three Peaks ski areas are also just about 15 km away—perfect for unforgettable days in the mountains.

Very cute, old style hotel run by a family. The staff were very kind. The room was spacious and very clean! We could eat out breakfast and dinner in the bar with our dog. On the weekend, the bar transforms into a gathering place for the locals to play card games and catch up with friends - this was very charming. We had half board with our room and had a 4-course dinner every day. The food was cooked in a homely manner and was very tasty! My advice for people with specific dietary requirements is to let the hotel know I’m advance, because they offer a fixed menu for dinner.
Nothing to dislike! It’s a lovely place overall. One thing which could be improved is the wifi, because there was hardly any network.
The property is very traditional to the region, typical interior style, wood furnishings, very pretty. I had a bedroom overlooking the valley with a balcony, lovely to have the morning sun. The bed was very comfortable and the bedroom and bathroom were very clean. The restaurant served very good food, evening meal and buffet breakfast. The staff were very attentive and relaxed. The location is ideal for exploring the surrounding area
