Pros +
- Air conditioning was turned off by the director and room was 26-27 throughout evening. The balcony door was only source air and not able to engage a partially secured opening. Bath fan very noisy.
- There is a room for improvement.
- The reception waited for us half an hour after the check in timeThe room was clean
Cons -
- Staff threatened additional charges if we brought own food into room, suggesting they will check out garbage….not overly accommodating policies for an apparent 4 star facility?
- Dingy and unclean shower cabin, dirty carpets along corridors. Ventilation system was not working.
- High price, poor value, poor breakfast, far from accurate cleaning of the tables (didn't change table cloth)

Good location and plenty of parking space. Clean and comfortable room.
The hotel is clean and it’s good for a stop for one night. The location is in the middle of industrial zone. It’s ok. The breakfast was only sweet no cheese or bologni. In covid times is problem that they must serve the breakfast.
The location is bad, but is near San Gimignano and Voltera.
Staff was amazingly friendly and helpfull
