QC Grand Hotel Bagni Nuovi

I loved the cleanliness, the stunning views, and the perfect location. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant team in the morning was very polite and explained everything clearly. The food was delicious.

Honestly, there were no negatives – in a place like this, in such a location, there really can’t be any!

Wonderful views from exceptionally well kept baths - an excellent spa experience. Dinner and breakfast were outstanding. Happy and helpful staff. They even gave a sunny, bright Saturday!

Overcrowded spa area with outside guests. We didn't like the hot dishes during lunch. The attic room in the annex that we got didn't provide a luxurious atmosphere of a 5 star hotel

The hotel, even though a bit dated, is super nice, chique and welcoming. We stayed in the adjacent villa, which was modern, chalet-like and super comfortable

The dining room, the SPA, the room location was great. Really nothing bad I can say about it.

The SPA being open to public, it was chaos every day. Too many people, very crowded halls, no respect for anyone or anything.

Special setting and location. Definitely felt like a relaxing break! Some very thoughtful touches which made a real difference.

It was great! Would have been helpful to have an iron in the room. Some descriptions/instructions in the spa could have been clearer.

We liked the cleanliness, the view and the organization

room was great, concierge, cleaning staff and masseuse were wonderful. Breakfast was abundant. Facilities were very numerous with many options and fantastic grounds to wander in. Loved the forest walks all around.

Breakfst and choices were limited. For example only one type of cheese, in Italy; only scrambled and or hard boiled eggs and no possibility to order differently. Brioche was mediocre; for the price a bit of a disappointment but no shortage of sweets and pastries. Front desk staff, with the exception of one lovely person were curt, on the border of rude and not very interested in listening or entertaining any requests.

Probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Felt like a movie. The hotel is beautiful, the restaurant is a first class experience and watching mountains from thermal spa is the best relaxation for your mind, we will definitely come back some time!

Beautiful property in a lovely location and our apartment was perfect. The staff were really helpful and friendly and the wellness area is very special. Restaurant area is really pretty and good choice of wines

We enjoyed the restaurant and we are not saying we didn’t like it but we felt that the food was a little overpriced.
