Very clean. Professional staff

On a busy street but we slept fine

Cannot think of anything.

Tiny room. Tinier bathroom. Shower / bath did not drain. Noisy. Little if any toiletries. No water in the room.

The concierges were fantastic- genuinely friendly and had fantastic dinner recommendations! The breakfast buffet was great & the rooftop patio was a perfect way to end the day!

My room faced the street, so a little noisy but manageable

The location was good, nice view from room. Lovely rooftop bar.

Not the hotel?s fault, but the area was not as walkable as we thought it would be due to scary, fast traffic all around the area, and difficulty crossing the roads. Traffic lights didn?t seem to work well for pedestrians.

The rooms were very tiny and outdated, the bathrooms even worse you can barely even turn around in the shower and then it leaks all over from the way it¿s set up. Also if your room is facing the street like ours was it¿s very loud. Overpriced

The hotel rooftop was stunning!

The room was very small and the doors didn¿t block any noise so heard everyone getting off elevator.

This hotel was unassuming from the outside but charming on the inside. Our room was small but adequate and clean. The rooftop bar had a fabulous view of the university and River. The breakfast was also very nice. The staff was fantastic and were helpful

The hotel is right in the center of Coimbra. The room was small but very cozy with a nice view, at least the one we were staying in. Excellent hotel staff, very polite and helpful. The Parking is located across the street from the hotel in the underground

Staff was very kind, it was clean

It is next to the train station and on the Main Street. It is impossible to sleep at night with the noise of traffic. Also no fridge in the room

The location and the view from the terrace is great. We were very impressed by the service that hotel employee gave us. You can't find a kindest, knowledgeable person in a front desk!!! He is a keeper. Thank you for all your recommendations :)

Breakfast was mediocre.

The location of the breakfast/bar area on the 5th floor. It had a wonderful view of the town.

The view from my room was a courtyard full of rubbish.

How the staff welcome us and responded to our questions and request. More friendly impossible.

It would have been nice if the rooftop bar had a few more food options. It was a lovely place to relax and have a simple dinner after a day of sightseeing. Also, we had a rental car and I wish we had known how tight the parking garage was.

Staff are incredibly helpful, roof terrace is stunning and the breakfast buffet was generous with many delicious options and served in a lovely renovated room with views of the city.

The room was very small - we couldn't open our suitcases as the floor space around the bed was so narrow.
