First rate hotel. Absolutely beautiful accommodations. The breakfast buffet was well worth the additional cost.

Street parking. Luckily I was there on the weekend didn?t have to pay. I don?t know what the arrangements would have been for the week.

Tried to have late lunch but the restaurante was closed since 3 pm so at 3:30 when we tried to enter we couldn?t do it

It was in a decent location and it had a sauna. But you have to schedule.

Our room wasn't great. Small. No iron. Our bed has 3 legs so sitting on 1 area brought the entire bed up. The aircon was LOUD

The lighting in my room was not enough. No free parking. The king size bed was way to big for that size room. I would have been happier with a queen.

the hotel was good and comfortable

the hotel room cleanliness could have been better. The staff didn't vacuum the floors when we got there and left some dirty cups/glasses which I had to call reception to report. Overall could be better.

The room had two sets of dog beds and bowls, as we told the staff beforehand, they'd be with us. That was very thoughtful. The hotel location was perfect since our events were within walking distance. The staff was friendly and resourceful, answering our questions and allowing us to enjoy ourselves, even though they could have asked us to leave the bar, but refused to interrupt our conversation, and we noticed only later that it was past their closing time.

The room was dusty, and the breakfast was not good. The only vegetables available were tomatoes, and they were not fresh

Wonderful staff. Breakfast selection was excellent. We needed to check out before breakfast was being served but they provided a boxed breakfast for us.

The pillows. One was too full for sleeping and the other just the opposite.

Friendliness of the staff was remarkable and very happily received after a long day of travel - it is always nice to end up to a friendly place after a long travel

While the pool was clean, it wasn't in the nicest of surroundings

Compared to other NH hotels this one could use a bit of updating. It’s in a weird semi industrial area with a couple other hotels so there is not much nearby that is great but it’s pretty easy to get to the city center with a 10-15 minute walk. Charging an EV is challenging in this neighborhood.Would be great if they added electric car chargers to the garage parking!

Location close to city center with underground parking, extremely helpful staff.

It was everything we expected. Clean and comfortable with a nice breakfast. Check in staff was kind and helpful.

Location, swimmingpool.

Rooms were not always made. We’ve had to ask for toiletrolls, coffee, fresh towels after having used our room ones for the swimmingpool. When you are travelling by car, you can park in the underground parking lot of the hotel but that costs you an extra 10 euros per night/ day.

Located in a quiet area.15 min walk from the city centre.Overall good quality services.Good breakfast served by friendly staff.

Parking access by car is not very easy.

The hotel is new, everything is impecable and the staff is friendly and helpful. It is next to the Mondegp River.

Although close to the river, there is construction going on and it’s a little difficult to access the walkway along the river.
