The hotel and lobby was very nice & had good presentation.

The dinner buffet could have had better hot entree dishes.I did not feel comfortable walking in the evening in that location.

Breakfast was great! Pool was beautiful! Nicest pool around!!! Staff very friendly.

Not good value for money

The breakfast announced food they didn’t have or do. I waited 30min on a queue to be told by a very confused staff that was not available. when I pointed to the the card just in front of her she just shrugged and said they didn’t have it today. The rooms were very poorly isolated, you could hear other guests conversations loud and clear. During the check-in the spa/indoor pool was not mentioned, we realized it closed at 7pm and it was 6:30 when we checked-in. The surroundings were seemed shady. I would not go back especially given the price.

The rooms were very comfortable. The private restaurant was outstanding. The front desk were very helpful. An attractive business hotel.

Nothing. We had trouble finding our way around Coumbra but that is a whole different story!

They could take better look at cleanliness specially the fungus on bath tub ,their duvet as for a hotel with more than 3 stars ,the duvet should not be as thin with low quality material ,should consider upgrade ,the pool was dirty and the pavement to the pool as well,should be doing some deep detailed cleaning

The elevator is broken. We have to change our room because a/c is leaking.

the hotel gave me a room on the fourth floor, and all the fourth floor rooms shared a long balcony separated by plastic walls between the rooms. Soon after I checked in the room, a guy next to my room started to peep above that plastic wall multiple times, so I asked the reception to change the room. Now the new room smelled seriously of mold, like it had been left vacant for a long time. Worst stay ever!

The ala carte restaurant was excellent, the room was comfortable. We enjoyed the bar and the reception staff were helpful.

The breakfast buffet was just okay food and insufficient staff.

We stayed half board so the food was nice and whilst we stayed they had two themed dinners which was amazing. The indoor pool, hot tube and sauna was nice as well as the outdoor pool. Very child friendly, with one afternoon where they had a live singer by the pool. Also they sent some room service of a chocolate lava cake for my daughters birthday, a nice touch to end our staycation.

We had a faulty Aircon in the room and it kept turning itself off at night so it was hot

Nice and quiet. Easy parking outside. Lovely view of the river. Once again, the pool was wonderful -- clean, no chlorine, perfect water temperature, ample lounges + sun umbrellas. Excellent breakfast with plenty of options. Upgraded room was a pleasure with small table and chairs on balcony. Comfortable bed. Very good water pressure. 50-minute spa massage was very good.

At the pool, would have been nicer to be given 2 towels per person and have free filtered water available. Bed pillows a bit strong/hard: wish for 1-2 softer bed pillows. In the bathroom, wish there were more bathroom amenities (e.g., body lotion).

This is a very comfortable hotel with everything you need for a good price! The room was clean, bed was comfortable. The swimming pool and bar are great! There is a kids pool and a playground, so you can have a drink while kids are playing. Perfect! The Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good. I would definitely stay again in this hotel.

The view is amazing, the rooms are super confortable and clean, the facilities are cozy and beautiful.

I've been there before so it was what I was expecting already.

Room was too warm, we had to always turn on the AC.With the price was included Spa but no bathrobes, those were for rental.

The breakfast buffet was quite nice, the balcony on our river view room was relatively large and pleasant, and the hotel has a very spacious lobby with cocktail bar. The pool looked very nice, although we didn’t have time to try it out on this trip. This is a good low-cost option and probably ideal for group gatherings and families with kids due to the spacious family-friendly common areas.

For a few reasons, we wouldn’t give this hotel a full 4 stars. Parking was not clarified, the room had no bar soap or body lotion, no tissues, and no coffee maker (we were told only a tea kettle could be ordered from the front desk). Shower water spilled onto the floor due to the design of the shower glass, there were limited outlets and no charging ports next to the bed, climate control was very spotty, and we had to leave a room key in the slot to charge devices while we were out of the room. I’d recommend requesting extra towels to sop up water from floor after showering.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed by a few basic amenities that were missing from the room. There were no slippers provided, which made it uncomfortable to walk around on the cold floor. Additionally, there was no soap or tissues available, which are standard essentials in any hotel room. While the room itself was clean and the staff were polite, the lack of these basic items really affected the overall experience. I hope the management takes note and ensures these are consistently stocked in the future.
