Pros +
- Great pool area. Hard to compete with their swimming pool. Breakfast was very good, and they have plenty of options that should satisfy everyone
- Friendly staff, nice bed, quiet
- Staff is excellent - very polite and helpful. It's rarely crowded.Rooms are always clean and smell nice.We asked to reschedule our stay via booking, The hotel responded quickly and agreed to our request. The Internet connection (wifi) is very fast and reliable.
Cons -
- Rooms are rather small. For a 2+1 family and an additional bed, there’s pretty much no way to maneuver in the room
- We've been coming here for our anniversary for the past three years, but this marks the last time.Food served during breakfast ranged from mediocre to bad, some of it looked old and dried. Few exceptions include pancakes and cakes. This was the biggest problem for me - for a 4-star establishment to serve breakfast this bad is almost criminal. At least if dinner was bad, we could go out and eat somewhere, as many dinner options are a short walk away. But breakfast being bad really ruins your morning, and there's nothing practical you can do about it.We never ate dinner at the premises, so I can't speak for it.AC in our room didn't work - it was cold. The facilities are getting old and aren't getting taken care of- rust visible in the pool area, one of the saunas out of order, there's an ugly stain on the hallway carpets.Individually, it's not a big deal, but these things add up..The problems remain or get worse over time here, it seems. This isn't entirely the hotel's fault, but the other guests were noisy and annoying. The first time we came and stayed over the weekend - it was fine.Last year we came during the week. There was some company's party (on a Wednesday, in the middle of a week), and many people got extremely wasted (the proper polish wasted, drunk uncle kind) and were loud. Some drunk guy kept knocking on our room's door and yelling someone's name. I told him he's got the wrong room, but he did it again right after I closed the door in front of him.I didn't complain to the staff that time because I thought it was a bit funny, we were in a pretty good mood despite everything else goincon, we thought just ourselves unlucky - surely a one-time thing. (foreshadowing)Staff probably knew it was bad, but I still should have complained. This year again, although it wasn't nearly as bad, there were some people drinking and partying in their rooms.
- Maybe more knowledge in English among the staff.

Very serviceminded staff. Bartek solved how to serve big beers to the pool using small cups :).Nice with AC in the room during +30 degrees.
Maybe more knowledge in English among the staff.
Pool
Room was small and had to pay extra on top for a child's bed, although booking states it is free with the room
All clean and good breakfast
Loud music all night
Great location, and the outskirts of Uniejow, peaceful. Amazing spa facilities and treatments. Pool area family friendly. Great quality and delicious food: breakfast and dinner. Strawberry carpaccio was fantastic. We had few singles rooms, which some hotels would classify and double, and an apartment with balcony and jacuzzi. The apartment was very spacious. There is 15 min walk to the town centre which was perfect for us. You can rent bikes as well. Staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. Last but not least - the scent to lavender. Even though it was harvested but as soon as you approached the hotel you could smell it. I am not a huge (well, was) fun of lavender as a scent but this was very delicate and soothing.
Can't think of anything
Just a pool.
Foods, breakfast (nothing was fresh because everything, boiled eggs, cheese, butter served in room degree temperature.
- Area is good (calm, a lot of space)- Beds were comfortable- the swimming pool is the best (thermal water) with a really good size- free parking- SPA availability (good but not enough as in any big city and less priced)- barbeque area
- 10-20% - overpriced - pure menu (food and drinks)- no availability to connect charger near beds (only near desk)- pure information about wi-fi password or spa info, menu, etc. in the room.-
The biggest selling point for this hotel is the pool - it is really nice and comfortable. The fact that some of it is inside and some of it outside makes it perfect for both cold and warm weather. The breakfast was good (but not spectacular). The dinner buffet was really nice - and live piano music made it a very cool experience.
The rooms are not 4 star quality: AC in our room didn't work. If your room is facing the courtyard, you can hear everything that is happening outside - especially if there are people having a party outdoors.
The breakfast, the pools, helpful staff
The room furniture would need some refurbishment in the near future
The real added value is the thermal pool.
No kettle, no cups in the room - for 4 stars hotel really unacceptableThe amount of flys in the restaurant -repulsiveNo proper curtains in the roomNo good isolation of windows- could hear people talking outside the hotel late at nightOverall - could be rather a 2 stars hotel
great place if you wish to relax and take a breath:)
we travelled with babies and even though there was a playground inside, it had no matts on the floor therefore dangerous:(
Breakfast, nice personnel
Room was litle bit chilly
The hotel was adequate, with pretty much zero amenities in the room. No English TV which for me was not good but why would you have english tv in this area? You wouldn't.I had dinner twice in the restaurant the simple wholesome food was simply fantastic, thoroughly enjoyed both meals.
I didn't like the pillows, too soft and worn. I asked about laundry and reception told me they would advise how to get it done, i never heard back.
It was absolutely amazing a specially a gentleman on the reception desk with the beard. Was very helpful and smile at all the time.
Mainly was fine just one of the facilities wasn’t available.
Location, room excellent breakfast and swimming pool
Sauna did not work properly and steam room was out of use
Staff was helpful and supportive. When arriving in our room to find no air conditioning and poor airflow we were told at reception the next day they would help to move us to another room. When finding another room the next day but still feeling extremely underwhelmed and disappointed — the staff was helpful in waiving the cancellation fees and enabling us to cancel the final two nights of our stay.
Overall a massive disappointment!Overpriced and a flashback to the 1990s. The 4 star rating must be self administered as coming from a boutique hotel in Turin and the Hilton in Łódź earlier on our holiday we were shocked at the accommodation being more focused on selling artwork in the lobby opposed to what looks like the neglected attention to maintaining a room guests enjoy with basics a “4 star” would have. Toilet paper was sitting on sink as no holder anywhere to be found. Beds were in poor condition. Rooms smelled and carpets were old and what you could see is the impact of a site that lets guests bring pets in all rooms. No in room coffee or tea options and the empty minibar refrigerator was not even plugged. Left early after cancellation of last two nights as the advertised view of site oversold it, would call it a 2 star hotel with friendly staff but a MASSIVE disappointment at anything higher and at the costs they are benching themselves at, look at others in the industry and learn. A 4 star hotel doesn’t put in the dining hall a bug zapper to deal with insects bothering guests…
Jacuzzi on the balcony Spacious family roomLocation - greenery and lavender smell Swimming pool with water from uniejow termasPolite staff that was doing their bestGood food (la carte)
Balcony was dirty - thick layer of dust on the table.Equipment on swimming pool saw better days. Shameful that the owner doesn’t invest in things like, for example, swimming noodles (the available ones were terribly worn out). When we were there, the owners of the place were there as well - some kind of a family gathering. Staff was stressed and nervous, neglecting other guests. The owners were loud and making disrespectful comments about some clients/potential clients that called the owner. Food was good but la carte choice was poor and in 3 days we spent there we had pretty much every dish. Buffet (obiadokolacja) - we went for it only once. One too many Waiting time - differed a lot. It could go up to 1 hour from ordering to getting the food
lovely environment and staff service
