Great location. Nice size room.
The things that didn’t go right. It just felt it was a case of ….oh well… c’est la vie. As i was checking out i thought there would have been some mention and apology. It would have stopped me from writing this note. Key entry to room didn’t work- so was give key card and key . Room tv had 4 channels only (was given another room to watch the scotland poland match, when i went down for evening meal my small pillows went missing from my room- was given new pillows next day …. just these things made our stay a little less nice.
Location was good, the hotel was clean, and the staff were pleasant. The food quality was average.
I don't know here all the great reviews came from, but I would consider this to be a 3 star hotel, with 5 star hotel prices! This is not a spa hotel! I was hoping for a sauna, jacuzzi, and massage, but on arrival I was informed that there is no sauna, no jacuzzi, and no massages available! It was suggested that I should go to the thermal baths down the road! The bedroom was tiny, with a sloping roof intruding into the room, making it even smaller. I expected a double bed, what we received was two tiny singe beds pushed together! The quality of sleep was terrible! The food in the restaurant was acceptable (nothing special) However at breakfast time (08:00-10:00) we arrived at 09:00 for breakfast, just in time to take the last for the bread, last of the bacon, and last of the eggs, these were not replenished during the time we were in the breakfast room (approximately 1 hour) The quality of the food for breakfast was okay.
The staff is very welcoming. Breakfast its decent, good value for the money. Big parking, a lot of space.
Bed wasnt so comfy. Room not big enough for a twin. TV had the size of a PC monitor.
The breakfast was excellent and so was the restaurant. The location was convenient as well as parking. The service was excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful.
An elevator would have made the stay better.
Bad
They provided wrong room. No sofa bed and tiny bed for two people...

Prices for the treatments were maybe little too high.

The hotel & the room were nice, clean and comfortable. easy to park your car & the breakfast was nice.we had dinner at their restaurant in the evening in the lovely garden terrace and it was a lovely experience.
Very helpful staff, good restaurant, comfortable and good sized room.
There was a party until 3:00 am. So we couldn't get any sleep because our room was on the same floor as all the rest from the drunken and loud guests.
