- The staff was great.
Cons -
- Apparently there was issues checking in. They assumed three people, when I did not and I was about to not get the room I paid for which was the balcony and view.
- Unfortunately the sink in the suite did not drain properly. It was very slow when it did & looked gross/smelled. We advised the front desk staff on first day of our three day stay, but it never got fixed! V. bad for a 5*.The hallways are dark & dated.
