Pros +
- Had a bath tub and right off Camino trail!
- Central, next to a great place to eat, helpful staff
- Nice central location in posh area close to the sea. several bistros and bars and a park nearby.Nice seating area where you can eat your food. But kitchenware not available.Cupboards for clothes and bags.
Cons -
- A ways before town, only thing nearby is Burger King and gas station. 25 minute walk to town.
- I was on the 3rd(4th) floor and the elevator was out of service. 60 steps.
- lift was broken. Early checkin or bag drop not possible, other than announced, in spite of 5! (fake) welcome mails, and a 'contact number' which didn't answer (probably it was lunch time). Felt like a scam at first. But regular check-in during normal opening times was ok.

The four person room with curtained beds and en suite bathroom was such a refuge after so many days in open dorms. Plus real sheets and a fluffy comforter! Also Paco was amazing, and he even let me return to charge my phone hours after I’d checked out.
Unfortunately the elevator was not working the day I stayed, so it was a 5th floor walk up. Also, there is no common space besides a very small breakfast room, and no kitchen.
Location
Elevator was broken and my room was on the 5th floor. I only booked a few days out so very disappointed that I was not made aware so I could make alternative arrangements
The concierge was very friendly & helpful. The room was clean & the bd was comfortable but I think I prefer the bathrooms outside the bedroom as my bed was super close to the bathroom.
It was more expensive than my other hostels but maybe that’s bc it was in Vigo…
Very clean, friendly staff. Beds had personal curtain, light and outlet.
Room was very hot, no ventilation.
Receptionist who checked me in was so nice and informative! It’s only 6 bunk beds per room with two full bathrooms. Such a luxury after albergue living! Comfortable and clean beds.
More like a hotel than an albergue, so limited laundry and kitchen.
Location
Noisy restaurant right below Shower hoses leaked a lot
Bad
Yes, the location and price of this hotel is very good, but please don't fall for it. The smell and dirt in the room was not the worst thing. There were cockroaches in our room!So please do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel at all costs.
The location was great. Also, the price was good for a room with private bathroom.
The facilities, though clean, are a bit dated.
There was black mold everywhere and the room smelled very bad. Also, the shower door was broken and it was very dirty. The beds were comfortable but it was hard to sleep with the smell of mold.
Has a balcony, staff is very helpful, clean, good location.
Wifi didnt work. Was street noise (people at the bar)
The location is excellent, the hotel is small and simple but makes the best of its available space. Staff are friendly and hospitable, housekeeping is excellent. Our room was small but all we expected for a budget stay midst a 4 months trip. Clean, comfortable, secure and in a great spot.
Absolutely no complaints.
Confortable bed
Small bathroom, no noise isolation (hotel is just above bars, it is very noisy.. until late), no wifi.
Close to the water and old town. Room was spacious.
Had to go searching upstairs for check-in receptionist who didn’t speak a word of English. No wifi password provided at check-in. Hotel is very old and needs a refurb. Hotel has a nautical theme - everything is covered in pictures of boats. Breakfast was terrible - croissant or stale toast with a coffee.
Lovely staffClean roomFantastic location
The location is perfect. It is walking distance from places to see.
The room was dirty. The bed sheets have stains. They should be white to be sure it is clean because when it is with a lot of patterns and different colors it is hard to say it is clean.
Fantastic location on waterfront in amongst lots of bars and eateries. Lovely staff. Room small but contains everything you need. . Great value for money.
Price and location
Mobile air conditioning but understandable for the price paid
