Nice room, super silence , parking available , water and coffee complementary , all good
The room was very spacious and very clean and the staff were welcoming friendly and helpful the welcoming gift was a very pleasant surprise
There was no fire safety information displayed in the hotel and the fire doors to the main staircase were not self closing and this staircase gave access to an open plan ground floor and not a protected route
Nice and clean.Great location. Friendly staff.Perfect for a long weekend.
The major issue was the temperature of the room, even though it had AC it wasn't prepared to cool down the room, and with room being exposed to sunlight for most of the day it would get really, the only option was to have the windows open all day and for the beginning of night, this created problems like being very noisy because of traffic nearby. Also there was constant work being done on the hotel floors above and it was also noisy in the morning when we wanted to sleep in.Other than that the staff was fantastic, breakfast and food in the restaurant was good. Just disappointed that it wasn't a restful stay, it was either too noisy or too hot in the room.
The shower is very good in rain style. The bed is comfortable and the decoration is nice. The room also has a lot of light, so it is better compared to other darker rooms in other hotels.
The stool style chair in the room is not comfortable for long work in the table. The wifi connection was interrupted every few minutes, making for very difficult.
We had a powewr cut because of a large storm and no-one panicked! All under control. Very good.
The facilities are fine, and the room was clean,
The WiFi server was apparently overloaded, It failed to allow me to log on for nearly two hours. I asked for help, and was told the problem was in my device (which I did not believe, but had no way to prove.). I gave up and went to bed, even though I needed to log on to transact important business purposes. I got up at 4 am and found that the server had, in fact, finally allowed me to log on. Later in the morning, when I confronted the receptionist to express my frustration with their system and the less-than-helpful response I had received the previous night, I was met with a very weak apology and an offer to provide a free coffee. I expressed my outrage and I demended — and received — complimentary breakfast bar.
Clean, comfortable,Great ShowerLocated several blocks from restaurants, grocery store and the Camino
All was good and nice. Close to the kind of city centre, but 30 min walk to the port. The underground parking was good. Breakfast is nice, all you need is there. Beds are comfortable
Location not in the city center
Good breakfast. Good underground car park.
No English tvCoffee machine was difficult to use.
Luxurious hotel rooms with plenty of space and excellent showers. Excellent breakfast.
The service was amazing, everybody in the staff was very welcoming and very helpful throughout the whole day. This is the best thing the hotel has.
The location is far from the city center, and the facilities are not OK. This is not 4 star hotel. We were put in a room on the sixth floor, and it was completely uncomfortable. Also, the bathroom is even a bit creepy. The staff wanted to accommodate us, but the fact is that how can a 4 star hotel have this type of room.
The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The bed is very comfortable to sleep on. The bathroom is very diligently and thoroughly maintained. Rooms are quiet inspite being close to the busy streets. The staff working at the bar was really nice and friendly.
We expected a little better breakfast. The hotel is on a hill. But everything else was fine and we had no major complaints really.
Very good hotel. Great location near to centre. Would recommend to all.
More choice for breakfast hot sausages.
The hotel was extremely clean, comfortable and it is staffs were super polite and friendly, specially for Rafaela.
Clean good breakfast nice employees great rooms
I rated the staff high because of the woman at the front desk who was very friendly and helpful. I had also thought that breakfast was included. It was not, and it was an expensive "add-on". The room was wonderful, comfortable and clean. The cleaning staff was also friendly and helpful. The restaurant breakfast manager stood by our table almost the whole time we were there. that was uncomfortable!
As I already said, I didn't like any part of the breakfast experience, and found it expensive for what was offered. Unexpected costs are never a pleasant thing!
