Pros +
- the Client Relations Manager He's full of useful information and approachable.
- Great Staff!!, walking distance of train station. Walking distance to tapas bars
- The location is perfect for walking around town and underground parking was practically right outside the door. The staff were so helpful with maps and suggestions. Breakfast was delicious and the rooms were quiet and comfortable. Plus, everyone was so nice to our dog! We are returning next week. This will be our Vigo hotel from now on.
Cons -
- Room temperature was not controllable…too warm.
- Towel rack not turned on and never worked parking expense too much
- There was no assistance with luggage upon arrival (was wrangling 3 bags alone as partner was at work). The lobby smelled of cigarettes and car exhaust. Breakfast was nice except the table in the lobby was cold and smelled. Our room was street facing without soundproof windows and was very noisy both day and night. I'd sum up with disappointed.

Hotel is super central, very good structure and comfortable room / bathroom / facilities. Recommend it for travelers in Galícia who want to stay downtown.
A good location, nice clean modern hotel

Nice size room with a nice bathroom. The woman hostessing breakfast was very nice despite being overworked.

The front desk clerk, Paula, was fantastic! Very helpful and friendly. She made our visit very special. The location was excellent, too.
I have no complaints.
Great location. Friendly staff
AC wouldn’t turn on leading to a hot bedroom
room, breakfast, location, customer service, room quietness
Convenient for bus station
Noisy because of parade. A bit worn looking
Excellent room, very comportable. Super breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff
Well located. Good breakfast. Welcoming receptionists
We requested a quote room and we got a dark hole that had a very dirty floor the three days we were there, even if we requested to clean it again
"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel—the location is great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The cleanliness and air conditioning could use some improvement.
Very nice hotel. Comfortable room
Breakfast excellent but pricey
Very courteous and professional staff. Hotel was very clean and welcoming. Perfect location for exploring Vigo.
My only complaint was the bed was too hard! Woke up with a stiff back and sore hips from trying to get comfortable.
This is an older type of hotel so not modern in furnishings etc but comfortable. We were on the 5th floor and had plenty of space for the two of us. The beds were comfortable and we had several large windows that we could open in the mornings to get some fresh air. During the day it was much too hot to do that. Location was great to walk to the port, the town for shopping, cafes and restaurants. Vigo is a hilly city so just be prepared for that. Breakfast was also very good - a buffet for you to choose from - or I do believe they could make you an omelette if you requested it. Also there were always some refreshing drinks available in the lobby during the day (water, ice tea etc).
The air conditioning took quite a long time to cool down the room and that was tough the first night. We did ask for a fan and they managed to find a little one but it would be an item worth investing in for these hot summers. US tourists etc who are discovering this part of Spain more will be very grateful if they had a few of those to borrow. Another item that I'm not crazy about is the coffee machines that they now have in the breakfast room. It does not make the same quality of coffee and although I asked for a fresh coffee I feel the waiter still went up the machine to grab it. The wifi was also a disaster while we were there. We even paid for premium and that wasn't any better. We were later told that the system is being updated and that we were not charged for the premium. It would've made more sense to tell us this information on first arriving instead of having us go back and forth to the front desk etc.
Beautiful lobby and well maintained room and bathroom.
Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Shower drain in 213 was clogged slow to drain.
Food was excellent, location is close to train station, ports and great shopping as well as pubs and restaurants. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, Showers were great. Good quiet a/c and no street noise. Elevators were very quick.
Breakfast was excellent but very expensive.
The location was wonderful. Close to the Camino and shopping. The staff was amazing and helped guide us to visit the Ceis island and it was spectacular!!
