Good location, clean, friendly and helpful staff.

You need really a small car to use the underground parking, scratched the car on the way in, you have to reposition the car for most turns.

We stayed in Vigo mostly because we wanted to spend a day on CIES island which was a total treat.

I have no complaints about the hotel in general. The staff was incredibly helpful in assisting us in many ways, one being getting into the hotel garage which is a pretty tight squeeze. Unfortunately, there was construction work being down on the block the hotel was on which was not optimal. Independent of that, our stay was a very good one.

The location is great. Clean well staffed and comfortable bed. Nice breakfast for 15€

The staff was very friendly. The location was perfect for what I needed. What I especially like was that they offered a great breakfast in the morning where you could ask for the eggs like you wanted them and bacon. How was the first time that I could get a breakfast that I really liked. And it was cooked and brought to my table by a very friendly person. The bathrooms were exceptional and they provided a bath robe, which was awesome.

The room was a little bit smaller than I would’ve liked it to be.

Everything! Perfect location. 3 minutes from bus/train station and on Camino route. Beautifully curated rooms, a delight to stay there. Excellent breakfast. First and only freshly squeezed orange juice. Offered all hot options cooked to order, eg eggs, bacon. Have us a kettle for room so we could make tea at night.

Location-great, easy walking all over city from hotel. Room- very nice, bathrobe,slippers, comfortable bed,quiet, spacious.Reception staff incredibly kind and helpful! Wish I had their names for commendation, well deserved.We decided not to even attempt parking garage after reading reviews nd instead parked at Apacadeiro Urzaiz. It was $15 day on the Welgood App which worked perfectly for us. Highly recommend. To exit onto highway use the Lepanto exit, very easy.

No tissues in room , no morning coffee available. However, staff kindly offered to give us hot water. We are going to start traveling with a kettle:-)Pay for hotel parking.
