All. Was a good experience.

Room was comfortable and clean. Staff friendly. Breakfast good.
A bit noisy from the street.
The breakfast was good and hot, the staff was friendly and spoke English. It was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see
Gorgeous view from 601! Centrally located for both train stations and port area. Friendly staff. Good breakfast, especially the coffee.
There was light construction in the lobby are, but this was already communicated and didn’t affect my stay…
The location was great!
There was no shampoo in the washroom,The room had a water noise from the floor above, so every time someone was using the washroom upstairs. We could hear it all
Fine for a nights stay, excellent location close to a huge mall and the bus station.
The room itself was rather weirdly designed where half of the room's area was basically useless but it was a struggle to get to the bathroom since it was almost blocked by the bed. Very bare bones, no couch or even drinking glasses provided. The walls are so thin that I thought there was an earthquake when the neighbors started taking a shower in the middle of the night. The hotel was going through a massive renovation and for some reason we were put on the 1st floor despite the hotel being, for what it seemed, at least half empty.
Clean, spacious and near de bus station. Staff were very educated
Clean. Helpful staff
It was up the hill in Vigo. Be prepared to walk up many hills and steps.
Spacious room, welcoming staff , comfortable bed and bathroom. Plus an extra large patio!! Breakfast available!
Nothing really! ( it is s little further than i would have like but i was just tired from a long day on the camino)
Good size of the rooms !!! Nice and confortable bed !! 5 minutes from bus station !!!! Lots of cafés and restaurants nearby !!! Very friendly and helpful staff !!!
The Windows are not double glass !!!! We can hear the sound of traffic all nite long !! Hard to believe that they are renovating and did not paid attention for such important detail !!!! They also need to got new towels asap !!!
Great staff
Not comfortable beds, lots of noise
Really quiet room. Breakfast set you up for the day lovely. Really close to the bus and train station.
Clean , central, easy to find on entering Vigo and leaving via the Camino trail
Excellent breakfast. Very good and safe location.Good restaurants around. Easy and walkable distance to go everywhere. Very friendly staff.
The free coffee, hot chocolate & tea. The clerks were excellent, and the breakfast was worth the added expense.
It was spacey enough and walkable to many things. they had lots of offers for their guests. And they care about the environment.
They need to clean the windows. They need to use a bin that has a lid in the toilet. I was on my period and couldn’t use the toilet bin because it was wide open. So I had to use a plastic bag. There was no blanket for summer. We had to sleep in the thin sheet because all we had was a warm blanket for winter in the closet. So I woke up freezing a couple of times.
Very clean. Wonderful coffee/tea machine in lobby for free and it was very useful because I was sick. Very spacious room and huge bathroom. Minimalistic design. Wonderful view.
Not sure there was A/C. Should have asked. Description said there was but it wasn't apparent in the room.
It’s close to the train and bus station and to downtownIt was cleanBed was confortable
It’s the typical chain hotel, impersonal and minimalBreakfast was horrible, it’s better to go to somewhere else even if it’s included in the price. Low quality products.Very noisy rooms! I heard the girls next door up to almost 1 am! You will hear everythingI asked for a quiet room and they give me one in the first floor, in front of the elevador and facing the Street. They absolutely omitted my requirement. I wont return here When you ask for reccomendations you get minimal and were, almost no reccomendation
