I loved the breakfast

No fan in the rooms, no fridge either

Clean rooms, quick check-in, great location, good shower/towels

No breakfast, somewhat rude staff, noise from restaurant below at night

COCKROACHES

The room was full of cockroaches. I left without staying there and they refused to refund me.

Excellent value for money staff were so friendly and absolutely exceptional they are a real team breakfast was so tasty a very comfortable stay on the camino 10/10!

It has an elevator that works. It's close to the train station. The staff were kind and helpful.

The decor was tired and the place needs renovating. The previous clients' toiletry leftovers were not cleared from the bathroom. Our room smelt smoky and there was a cigarette burn in the bedspread.

Basic hotel with basic facilities, ok for an overnight stay, we were on the camino and it was way off so we should have got a taxi when we got to Vigo, obviously that was more our fault than the hotels. Had coffee in the cafe before we set off, staff were helpful and friendly

Minimum facilities in the room, even minimum toilet paper

Would like some protein for the breakfast. Not just breads. Smokers every where. We could smell it in our room

Very good value for money. I booked last minute and it was the cheapest hotel available. Very good location close to the bus/train station (Urzaiz station) and big shopping centre. 20 minute walk from the port and old town. Room is basic but comfortable for a short stay.

Couldn't lock door from the inside.

The staff were very helpful. They found somewhere to store our bikes and gave us hot water to make tea.

Located very next to the bus/train station, which was fundamental for me (I had to catch a bus to Porto early in the morning). Room was clean.

The staff were very accomodating and the property extremely well located, near the main train station and soon to be bus station.

Lift didn’t work. windows didn’t work, air conditioning didn’t work, no ventilation in room, breakfast wasn’t available even though we had paid for it and were told it would be available, unfriendly, unhelpful staff, very old building, rooms needed updating, very poor value for money.

Comfortable bed and very helpful staff. Close to the railway station, yet quiet at night. A great base for seeing Vigo's architecture, Well placed for the lovely views from Parque do Castro, a ten/fifteen minute walk away. A twenty minute walk from the port for the ferries to Cies Islands. Wish I could have stayed for a couple more days to see more of this vibrant city.

I could smell tobacco smoke in my bedroom when I first went to bed and for a couple of hours. However, no smoking in the bar, but in the street outside. This is my only criticism.

Not to friendly and the kitchen was not open for food.

Nice place with good beds and excellent breakfast. The only negative was that people are allowed to smoke in the rooms so it smelled of smoke.
