    Pros +

    • Cleanliness
    • The only good thing was the location of the hotel, pretty close to Vigo main attractions and city center
    • The location was perfect, walking distance to downtown and bus station

    Cons -

    • No AC, no vindow, no English spoken in the reception.
    • It was a very complicated time at the beginning of December, and almost everything in Vigo was fully booked at that time. Hence I had to take this room, which in normal conditions I wouldn't have, but still this hotel was in pretty bad shape in general. The rooms were pretty close to each other, hence you could hear everything the other guests were doing around, mainly at night when funny things tend to take place. The heating was very deficient, and they used to turn it off around midnight every day I stayed, hence you have to wrap up for the rest of the night for sure because the room used to get cold, mainly because when the heating was on it was pretty low in intensity in the first place. The hotel is old, not well maintained at all, the beds are not comfortable, the rooms tiny. In general, not a place I'd stay again and absolutely wouldn't recommend to anyone
    • The fake plants in our room were covered in dust and you could see the corners dirty

The single room is a bit small but has a double bed, big bathroom, elevator, good breakfast

There is a small window with no view, no fridge

    9RodríguezPosted on: 11-2-2025

Staff is always welcoming and happy to help! Simple and clean rooms, good breakfast included in the fare; the hotel location is just perfect to explore the city.

Since it is an old building, some renewal works on the facilities are recommended. Great potential for a Boutique Hotel!

    Good location & friendly staff

Room was indicated as located on inner courtyard. This meant it was located on a small shaft - the other rooms located on the same shaft were only about 6 meters away from each other. Thus we could hear EVERTHING in the rooms across. Unfortunately we could hear our neighbours having very loud intercourse, a notice for residents to be mindful of noise would be greatly appreciated.

I like the location. It was a studio apartment so it was nice to have space

I took this type of lodging because of the washer but unfortunately it did not work. I stayed there 2 nights and had to do laundry at a laundromat close by.

Very good location, comfortable room, good for staying one night

The location is convenient for the bus and train stations. That's the only positive thing about this place.

I booked an "Economy" single room. It was a very depressing room at the end of a hospital-like corridor, very shabby and definitely not worth the price. Don't trust the photos. In the end, I didn't sleep here and decided to move hotels .. as this place was going to be an uncomfortable stay .. with no air-con, not even a fan to help you in the heat (the room only had a window to the back which received very little ventilation). I lost my first night's cost, but I don't regret my decision. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Individual rooms are across the street and are in bad shape, the room was very dark and unwelcoming. It didn't match the photos so be careful! Always be aware when you don't gave the "superior" rooms because economy rooms are awful for the price. Might as well go for a airbnb.

    The property has elevator

The staff were not helpful, the building was really dark and humid, it made us feel like we walked into a jail. There were also spiders on the beds and the ceiling.

    Staff were friendly and billingual

Absolutely no sound proofing on the property. I could hear every conversation, shower, and toilet flush all night. There was a drainage pipe right outside my window and I thought it was raining until I realized. No ventilation or air conditioning, even in the bathroom, and the windows wouldn’t open. Only window in the room just opened into the middle of the building facing another window, so no natural light. Bathroom felt grimy and as if it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a while, and there was an acrid smell in the room as soon as I entered.

    good location

poor sound proofing, no AC, it was warm

    8LianaPosted on: 6-3-2025

The room was nice, clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Great facilities overall. Breakfast is basic but good for 8 euros.

Extremely thin walls. I clearly heard several phone conversations at midnight and the news on TV from other rooms, different floors.Poor ventilation.

    3AlexanderPosted on: 5-12-2025

Extremely disappointed with this stay. The condition of the room was far below acceptable standards: peeling and cracked walls, damaged and unsafe flooring, poor electrical installations, and a badly maintained bathroom with mold stains. Wi-Fi was extremely weak and unstable. The only reason I am giving 3 points is because the staff were very friendly and tried their best to help. Otherwise, the actual quality of the accommodation is nowhere near the 7.3 rating shown online. I do not recommend staying here unless major renovations are made

    Passable

Very unhelpful reception. I unfortunately left my travel adaptor in my bedroom. As soon as I realised I contacted the hotel and requested they send it to my next hotel on the Camino trail (unfortunately my luggage had already been collected by the courier company for onward transport). They were not willing to oblige me by forwarding to my next hotel on my Camino stop. Due to my walking the Camino this caused me significant problems as I could not locate a shop which sold travel adaptors. If the issue was the cost of postage I would have gladly paid for this service. Not alone would they not post my adaptor to the next stop on my itinerary they would not post to my home address. Very unobliging and most unhelpful.

Spotless clean and great location from which to explore Vigo. We spent two nights there. Fresh towels were provided for us on the second day and we could have hot water tea or coffee and milk whenever we needed. Staff were very friendly welcoming.

The breakfast selection was not great and not worth the additional cost.

Close walk from station and breakfast was good. Great local tapas nearby with friendly staff

The hotel was really good. Very well located. Right next to the station and walking distance to the Old Town. The furniture was a bit rundown but for the price and location, it was good enough for me. It was also very clean and comfortable. It was a double room with twin beds for my sister and I. The room was a really good size.

The bathtub would need anti slippery stickers for safety. No one had told us what the password for the WiFi was and there was nowhere to be found in the room either. I went down to reception to ask for it.
