- I was walking the Camino so I was very pleased to find a beautiful marble tub in the bathroomââ¾ The room was clean and updated the staff was wonderful watched my bag for me while I went out and got a bite to eat and did whatever they could to help me out
- Room was large and comfortable. Water as courtesy, coffee machine in the room. Downstairs there was a vending machine, the usual overpriced items. Near restaurants and groceries. Dor those who are doing the Santiago way, it's about 20 minutes walking from the coastal way.
- Professional. As in it seemed to cater to professionals and the staff reflected this. Very professional. Clean and beds comfortable. Solid breakfast. Was a last minute booking in a place we were not expecting to stay so happy to find it and they delivered.
Cons -
- It wouldâ≢ve been an added bonus to have a restaurant at the hotel
- I thought was closer to the old city center.
- WiFi didn’t work in our room. Nor did the A/C. But literally we may have booked their very last room, so….

It was ok. The room average. Property seemed tired and old.
Location. People were nice breakfast was good but not memorable.
Nice room and bathroom, friendly and helpful staff.
No kettle or coffee making facility in the room. Not close to the Camino which we didn't realize.
Had a parking garage and good breakfast. Clean hotel
It's not the best we ever had but I don't have anything bad to say, we knew it wasn't centrally located when we booked and that is the only thing but that is on us.
Easy and smooth processes and great hotel breakfast with plenty of options! Room was nice and quiet and comfortable and clean.
Super nice and flexible staff at the reception, they very willingly managed double reservation and stuck door lock.
The hotel could use a refurbishment, some of the equipment was very old and the chair at the working table was really unconfortable.
Clean, location and friendly staff
Bit noisy in the morning
Good location, modern accommodations, good breakfast.
It’s a corporate hotel with no distinctive character.
Very nice Hotel, our room had a nice view of the surrounding city from its own balcony. We had a large room with an exceptionally nice bathroom. The staff was very professional and helpful. We found this to be a very good value and easy to get to from the Camino hike. Highly recommend.
Beautiful clean room with spacious bathroom and tub!No coffee or tea in room; had to schlep to lobby and pay 2.20€ for hot water?Bus runs right by to Vigo, but far away from most everything?Staff was lovely but little English and wouldn’t speak Spanish slow enough to understand? Perhaps mostly business travelers? NOT for anyone on the Camiño!!
too far away
Disappointing
They offer parking, but it's 15€ per day, which to me is kind of expensive. Not very good noise isolation either.
Disappointing
This hotel is awful. I chose it because there were positive reviews on the booking app, but after reading the negative ones on Google I am now frustrated that I booked it. The fans blow hot air, there’s no where to eat, and you can hear the guest next door peeing the walls are so thin (if you arrive early in the day the cleaners are so loud you won’t be able to rest). The finishings are overused and run down which makes it feel like it’s not thoroughly cleaned. Because of all of this it is completely overpriced, you can literally stay at Parador for the same price (100 euros!) and so this feels like a rip off compared to the other hotels in the area. It has an abandoned post apocalyptic Covid fever dream vibe. Not recommended.
Room was good and big.
Parking is a little bit narrow but if it is not full, it is not a problem. Also you can easily hear your neighbors, as walls between rooms are not a solid wall.
Good hotel room facilities.
Breakfast is not good. Restaurant doesnt open at all in day, tacky to have Justeat as option in hotel room.
The room & the bathroom was very clean and spacious .
The Room did not have air conditioner and after we open the windows , took about 1 1/2 hour to start feeling comfortable inside the room, no fan either. The hotel in general was beautiful.
Very nice hotel for the price. Clean comfy and friendly staff
Check-in was fast, and the location is fine if you just need a place to sleep. The nearby café by the bus stop was a nice bonus. Overall, it’s okay for a short stay, but not ideal for those seeking comfort or quiet.
This hotel is quite old and could use some renovations. The elevator was outdated, with a jarring stop at each floor, and I could hear traffic from the busy road even on the 8th floor.
Front office staff was all very friendly and niceBreakfast was great with ample choices and healthy ones as well.Room was very confortable both for 1 or if 2 people staying as well.Gym was small but depending on the hours that you want to go you may have it all for you(I didn't use it but I checked it out)
The room was always very warm even if turning on the AC. However, nothing that would make me feel unconfortable. Please note that it is a bit far from the center if you want to walk to it(around 35-40 mins walking around 4 Km). If you get a taxi or bring your own car it is a like a 7 min ride.
