    • Location
    • Very confortable bedroom in a great location. Walking distance to anywhere. Very simple, basic, but affordable and great quiality. Recommneded.
    • Everything!!! Location, breakfast, friendly front desk and clean.

    Cons -

    • Very thin walls. Could hear movement in the hallways and other rooms well into the night. Very bright exit sign in room which made the room semi-dark for sleeping. Not ideal.
    • The only problem with the hotel is that the air conditioning, which is central air conditioner to the hotel (not individual split in each room), is automatically set to no lower than 22º Celsius that is around 72 fahrenheit which for me is hot. When I asked if that was the hotel's own decision, they told me that it was a European regulation. They quoted exact words, things that I didn't believe, but I accepted because in the end, I am not looking for problems there and it's not going to solve anything. However, it remains to be seen whether it really is a European regulation, I find it very difficult to believe that any hotel in Europe cannot lower temperature below 22° Celsius , I want to add that although they told me 22 degrees Celsius, it never reached that level; the air was always around 24° Celsius that ir around 75 fahrenheit.

Very central, practically walking distance to anywhere, very friendly workers.

My husband and I stayed in a suite. It was really nice and relaxing. Having the restaurant directly downstairs by an elevator was very convenient, especially after walking the Camino.

Amazingly comfortable bed, lovely room, helpful staff, delicious breakfast. Everything one wants from a hotel.

Location, central near old town and taxi stands.

I’ve stayed here three years in a row. It has declined in service every year. The past two years the roof in my room leaked (I think because of air conditioner condensation) and drips in my closet.Breakfast and server quality have declined significantly.First two nights were $148x the following two nights were $441 (!) simply based on demand. If service remained the same as my first stay three years ago, that would be one thing, but it honestly sucked and the food quality and selection at breakfast was just unacceptable this year. I will say the front desk staff at reception are excellent.

Nice modern hotel with 24 hr reception and helpful when I needed some scisssors to cut moleskin for my blisters. A nice sized room and great value for what we got.

For the Portuguese Camino, it was a little bit out of the way and hilly which for us at the end of the day was a bit rough.

The front desk guy was super nice and helped me super fast and friendly so I spent only few minutes before I was able to go to my room.

Good staff support, comfy, large rooms, convenient and good restaurant

    Good

I left with them my medicine so they could store the insulin I use in the hotel kitchen refrigerator. To my surprise, when I left the hotel and asked for the insulin, they told me it had been lost and that they could do nothing about what had happened. They didn't even give me the option of refunding me for the cost of the medicine. Unfortunate.

A good choice for a short stay in Vigo, close to all attractions and cafes/restaurants, with friendly staff. A simple buffet breakfast is available for an additional charge.

I would have appreciated having a kettle in the room.

    10VladislavPosted on: 4-7-2025

We were surprised by the size of the room, as well as bathroom. Everything is in good condition and clean. Very good location, just in the city center. Would definately stay once again in Vigo.

The breakfast was not very diverse, but ok.

    10FionaPosted on: 4-4-2025

Lovely quality hotel with excellent restaurant at the bottom which seems popular with locals and guests. Warm, so comfortable, tasteful. 10 min walk from both train stations Vigo and Guixar.

    10DianaPosted on: 3-24-2025

I liked the very comfortable beds and the silent heating. The staff was kind and helpful and the room was quiet.

    9EliasPosted on: 2-26-2025

Great value, good location in walking distance to Ursaiz and very close to la Gran Via / El Corte Ingles (and its taxi line). Very good restaurant (that takes AMEX and shows up as a dining charge), but it's closed on Sundays and early on nights that aren't busy. Perfect location for IVI clinic.

    7DavidPosted on: 1-31-2025

The location is good and the staff were quite friendly. The bathroom was a good size.

The room was small (but clean) and the bed was not very comfortable.

Good location , near the bus & train station and less than 10 min walk to shopping mall

There is no ramp at the entrance , not easy to carry the luggage up the stairs

    10SaritaPosted on: 1-3-2025

Clean and tidy space with a comfy bed and pillows. The room had a decent size, very clean, with a wardrobe, bedside tables and lots of spaces to use. Central heating and air conditioning, blackout curtains and soft towels. The toilet was spotless, spacious and the shower was perfect. Warm water, no need to wait for it to get warm. The receptionists were very polite and friendly. The room was quiet during the night.

    Nothing. Everything was good.
