    Pros +

    • The spaces, the view and the buffet breakfast
    • Beautiful room and balcony . Wonderful breakfast and easy parking Very good restaurant! The octopus was fantastic !
    • Clean, modern rooms with super comfortable king size bed, great shower. Location is good and only a short bus ride to the old quarter. The bus stops right in front of the hotel. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal. High selection of items, including many gluten free items.

    Cons -

    • This hotel and especially the staff are really beyond great. Anyone who implies anything negative about the Attica 21 isn’t worth listening to.
    • Very few staff at restaurant and front desk during busiest hours-Dirty tables long waits to get servedLobby bathroom needs better more oftern cleaning- too many users
    • The maitre d at the restaurant did not speak enough English to be helpful. We felt ignored at dinner. Although we had a massage we had to pay an additional fee to use the spa facilities - we were the only ones using these amenities.

The staff of the Attica 21 Hotel are a remarkable team. Every single person became significant to our experience in Vigo, without exception. From Gonzalo, who greeted us at our arrival, to Pablo who checked us in and continued to help experience the best of Vigo, we were treated as if we were old friends of everyone who works at the hotel. There are many other great people who helped us and we have so much respect for them all. The staff is a great testament to strategic hiring and commitment to excellence. Every hospitality organization can learn a lot from staying at the Attica 21 Vigo.

This hotel and especially the staff are really beyond great. Anyone who implies anything negative about the Attica 21 isn’t worth listening to.

Front desk staff was fantastic and the room was wonderful and clean. It was right along the Camino

spacious room and bathroom. good noise cancelling from outside. between two rooms can be better. could hear noise from room next to ours when they were f....ing.

room was not cleaned after the night. probably you have to hang the sign outside the door when you want to have the room cleaned. Never have seen this in an hotel over the world.. I only understand that if you do not want to be disturbed that you hang the card outside your room door. But in any other case the room should be cleaned. After my complain the thing was settled with arrogance. Second issue: breakfast. It is big but many things that should be warm or hot were not. Coffee, the cappucino, was not warm enough and had to much sugar.

Stunning location right on the seafront. Beautiful hotel, excellent breakfasts. Charming staff

You had to pay extra to use the spa and the outdoor pool was not heated

    Size of room, cleanliness, bathroom,

Mattress very uncomfortable. Poor hairdryer. No music in casual restaurant bar. Noisy roof when raining. No bar of soap etc or face flannels.

The hotel was beautiful and comfortable, big rooms, nice pool and great view.

The room wasn't ready at check-in, when we finally got our key there was a lady inside seeing if it was clean. It wasn't, they had to comeback and change the bed sheets. It was fine but a bit odd. Also noticed that under the bed was not clean at all..

The room was awesome with a view to the sea.

The air conditioning was in eco mode. We could not regulate it. So there was this day where we could put the ari conditioning colder.

Great stop along the Camino. We stayed here an extra night for our rest day. Had a wonderful dinner at the hotel restaurant. Super friendly staff, very accommodating! The room was perfect!

Our group stayed here during our Camino de Santiago retreat and it was exactly what we needed — clean, cozy, and comfortable. After long days of walking, we truly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, warm hospitality, and thoughtful touches. The beds were comfortable, the showers were hot, and the location was ideal for pilgrims looking to rest and restore. Thank you for helping make our journey even more memorable!

The hotel is modern and comfortable, in a great location. The rooms were nicely furnished and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The gym was simple but complete enough. The TV had a Chromecast so I could use it for Spotify and streaming services. The outdoor and pool area were comfortable and a good place to hangout. The entrance to the Hotel (reception) is "in the back" (not towards the beach), but they have carded entrance gates towards the main road so you can go straight from the beach to the pool without walking around to enter through the reception.

The mini fridge in the room is small and there was no trash can in the room (just a small one in the bathroom). The room got filled with flies when I left the window open, so beware! The gym also had the window open so there were a lot of flies there unfortunately.

The view was spectacular, the shower and shower pressure were the best I’ve ever experienced. The breakfast buffet was filled with fresh fruits, breads, cheeses, juices, etc.

The price was a bit high, but the accommodations were top-notch.

Clean, modern, nice pool, good location to the beach.

Staff assured a 20 minute wait for an early check-in so i waited in the lounge...for 2 hours! The reception person said she called me but there were no calls, missed or otherwise. I was booked gor a room with a queen bed but there were 2 twin beds pushed together. TV worked only intermittingly. Could have been nice but unfortubately a missed opportunity for this hotel. Overpriced breakfast buffet (39 euros)

My husband and I were walking the Portuguese Coastal Camino and were totally drenched from the rain. When we entered the hotel, the staff treated us like royalty and upgraded us to a suite! We couldn't believe it! The floor manager did everything to make our stay outstanding; he delivered our backpacks when they arrived, re-supplied us with teas and coffees. It was as if our comfort was their only concern at Attica 21. The front desk manager was outstanding as well. We felt as if we hit the lottery at Attica 21. We've stayed at Parador Hotels on this trip and Attica21 was by far a better experience!
