I liked the coded access, the same code for the flat door and final exit.

The toilet seat was uncomfortably loose. The main settee was very hard and uncomfortable. Some kitchen roll in the cooking area would have been useful; I was using toilet paper. The fire doors in the building are locked OPEN ! I tmeans that any fire would spread very quickly from floor to floor. Quite dangerous. The apartment faces North so zero sun all day. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay. I would use the same apartment again, but not accompanied.

Good location and central to most things just a bit of a walk to old town quarter. It was spacious and had a nice deck, kitchen and washer/dryer.

It was exceptionally hot in there on the 9th floor and only one small fan was provided. There is no air conditioning which was a problem during the heat wave that is ongoing!

The location, the apartment setting, and the facilities were excellent.We did not meet any administrative staff, but they answered our emails promptly.It was quiet and comfortable.We felt safe, and everything went smoothly.The towels, bed sheets, and linen were pleasant and clean; the bathroom was spotless.The apartment was of excellent size and was full of space.We were there for New Year's; we could fix a nice dinner before going downtown Vigo for the New Year's arrival— everything worked just fine.We enjoyed our stay at this place.

The main point we did not like was the lack of essential things. For instance, when we arrived, there was only about half a roll of toilet paper, nothing more. The same was true for some other essential things, such as napkins. Although there were two capsules of coffee, there was no sugar. Of course, we are supposed to buy the essentials, but they could do a bit better. These are not expensive things, and having us run to a supermarket right away just to get essential things is not very kind. This is not a good scenario when somebody arrives late. In other places we have been, it is normal to find essential things, such as more than one roll of toilet paper, napkins, some sugar, salt and pepper, etc. POOR MAINTENANCEThe bathroom's hangers were all broken, and there was no place to hang the shower towels or additional soap or shampoo. At some point, we found it convenient to bring a chair in while taking a shower to have a place to put essential things.One crucial point is that the dishwasher had very poor maintenance. When used, it spilled water to the floor and had no salt in it. We do not think it corresponds to us to take maintenance actions; adding salt to a dishwasher is a maintenance issue, not an everyday requirement. We believe it is a bit silly not to do so on the owner's part since, with all certainty, the apparatus will break soon, and it will have to be replaced entirely since not adding salt can cause severe damage. The water spill was possibly caused by blockage due to not adding salt as required.When we arrived, the water heater was off. We could turn it on without a problem, but there was an error message. We do not know the reason for that error, but some maintenance was also required.So, we recommend that the owners maintain their appliances better; this is in their own interest.

Great location, comfortable and big apartment, well-kept and clean. Check-in and check-outs were smooth. Internet is fast and there's plenty of natural light in the apartment.

Lights are poorly managed, they're too strong. There's no night lights in the living room and no bed lamps in the bedrooms. Also, some kitchen rags should be provided.

The hotel sent a link for a deposit. I don't like giving cc details to a link outside booking.com. I contacted booking.com to confirm this request did come from the hotel. They confirmed.

Well located, easy to find. Had an elevator. Staff responded quickly last night with regard to someone's child throwing a fit for over an hour.

No instructions on how to operate the stove.

It was all very simple. All the instructions were sent by email. The apartment was really well located and very comfortable. We really enjoyed everything and will most likely return.

There's not very much to dislike really. The only inconvenience was when the elevator was on maintenance, we had to climb the ladders to the 8th floor.

Location is fabulous, close to old town, sea port, restaurants and shops. Apartment was very clean with a lot of space and comfortable beds.

I rarely write a feedback but this hotel is a 10/10!! 100% recommend it. the staffs were especially very friendly and helpful during the whole stay. super responsive via WhatsApp and gave every support needed. I have forgotten my iPhone on the day of departure but the hotel sent it to me right away. the hotel is in walkable distance from where all the restaurants are, but therefor very quiet and family friendly ( even has park for kids and close to the port ). The window blinds are perfect and makes the room very dark at night ( which made our kids sleep well )the access to the airport is mere 10-15mins by Taxi.

Very big, very clean, fantastic location. Big bathroom and great shower.

This seems picky given the type of property it is but a couple of up-lights would do wonders. The lights are way too harsh especially in the bedroom and there is no way of dimming them

I liked that it was modern, clean & spacious.

7A had a strong sewer smell coming from the bathroom, no hot water and no directions or info on how to use the appliances.9A had a spiral staircase that needed railings on stairs particularly coming out of the bathroom. Also, fire doors were propped open on most floors.

location was good and the 12€ daily rate for the parking is a real bonus.

Large apartment. Very clean and comfortable

Nothing was provided - no shampoo/body wash for the shower. There was a kitchen but no basic ingredients eg salt/sugar/oil/milk. If a kitchen space is provided, it is very common nowadays to provide such basics to save your guests having to buy large quantities for a short stay.

On departure day the door is closed after opening once. So of You wannee to go for a Coffee.. You could not enter the appartment anymore! ?☹️
