Staff and cleanliness

Very nice property, room was spacious and comfortable. Very clean and friendly staff.

The room was remarkably spacious, was very tidy and clean. The couples bed was big and very comfortable.The staff was really nice and helpful.Lastly the breakfast was good with good variety of fruits, some pastries and a couple choices of bread.

The room's noise isolation was a bit insufficient, we could hear children running on the floor above, together with other customers banging the doors on the corridor during the day.

Old, outdated. Liking sanitary in bathroom, lot of dust, horible pillows

The room was clean and spacious enough for two. There was a good variety of hot and cold food at breakfast. What we appreciated most was the proximity of the hotel to Vigo Urzaiz (the new train station) and Via Verde, which is a great path to start the Camino.

The property is a little outdated, but beds were comfortable, clean and spacious room. Very is to get to public transportation, Casco Vello, and to find the Camino. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was really good with eggs, bacon, breads, cold cuts, fruits, coffee and fresh fruits. I’d definitely stay there again.

In need of renovation, wall paper pealing, the sink was cracked, the caulking of the tub should be changed

The breakfast is substantive with lots of options. There is an elevator and AC in the rooms.

The building is a bit run down with cobwebs on the ceiling and the bathroom was pretty tight.

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel location was ideal for my Camino journey. Breakfast was fabulous.

Excellent front desk reception-very helpful. Restaurant staff was excellent and friendly. Room was A+. Great hotel in Vigo !

Well located near restaurants, cafes & old town.

Parking is a bit challenging but doable. We were able to do street parking, cheaper but must pay meters.

Close to Vigo station. Friendly staff and nice room.

It’s an old place but good value. A bit noisy outside.

We had 3 rooms, bit off the Camino track but good value. Slightly old style. Good breakfast.

The door to the balcony could not close. The room didn't feel safe. The staff said all the rooms are open like this. It didn't feel safe and the staff didn't care. If you want to feel safe don't go to this hotel

The view of the sea from the terrace. The beds were comfy.

That the parking was 14 euros extra and the floor of the room it was dirty.

Excellent stay at this hotel. The room on the eighth floor is stunning. Small but very cute. Mattress is pretty good. Staff is very nice and smiling. Location is just great if you have to take a train/ bus

All was good

Bit of a dated hotel but it did the job. The single room had everything I needed (even a small bath!) and it led out onto a terrace with a lovely view of the city and sunset. Breakfast was standard but a nice addition.

Great location, easy parking nearby, room size. Seaview and sunny room. The breakfast is totally worth the price.

The hotel is near a busy road and the windows are not well insulated making the room noisy

It was a quiet room on the 8th floor with a large balcony, and able to see the city. Their breakfast buffet was delicious and their hospitality was 10/10. Specifically, the receptionist lady explained and recommended where I could visit near to the hotel. Gracias, S---l-
