Hotel Ciudad de Vigo

The location allowed us to walk everywhere and enjoy seeing the city. The breakfast had a great selection that and the orange juice was the best we’ve ever experienced! Great machine :)And our room was very comfortable and the darkening shades were amazing and helped us recover from jet lag! The folks attending the front desk were awesome — we can’t say enough about there genuine kindness!

Can’t think of a thing

The hotel was very impressive and the room was clean and spacious with nice amenities. It was super convenient to the main Christmas market (two minute walk) and there are many nice restaurants nearby.Also the staff is very friendly and provided recommendations on where to dine nearby. They allowed my daughter to check in as we were meeting there and my bus was canceled twice so I arrived late.

The bed was comfy, and the location is perfect, walking distance from the city center...the hotel gives you free access to Vivagym if you book in advance at the front desk

Excellent location, near the Camino and other places for tourists.The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. They accept luggage transfer.

Montse the receptionist was SO very helpful!! The location close to the water and some pretty streets and ferry was wonderful. Another staff in the bar gave us an excellent breakfast location that was so yummy. We only had drinks and didn't eat here. The lounge part was nice to meet as a group. Also very close to the camino Portuguese path!

The room size was OK, and the noise was a bit from the streets.

Great location, helpful and courteous staff. Parking under the building is tight (small negative) but they quickly pointed us to the public facility that's basically across the road (positive). Breakfast was good, and the views of the water are hard to beat. The coffee in the downstairs caffee is great (positive), much better than what they have upstairs for breakfast (small negative).

The pillows were a little on the flat side. Although some may prefer them that way.

Mateo was great. He gave us perfect restaurant recommendations and was kind and,professional.

We found everyone pleasant. Safe location. Close to the marina. We had a very quiet restful sleep.

Nothing. We had questions and asked ahead of time - parking, etc. so we knew what to expect upon arrival.

Location was magnificent. We were welcomed very warmly! Montserrat was just a great hostess. Vigo is a precious city. We would’ve loved to stay longer. Room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Don’t miss the sky breakfast as you can have the best view to the ria. No doubts to return! If you are driving, underground private parking lot is just 50 meters away.

Very nice accommodations. We walked the Camino from Baiona to Vigo and it was a long day and we were very tired. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Our room was very comfortable and the breakfast was great! Beautiful views of the water and city.

The only thing I can think of is that our room had a very nice shower but no bathtub. It would have been nice to soak a bit at the end of our walking day.

The location was great as the hotel was close to the marina, parks, train station and a very safe area. The city itself seemed very quiet as it was a Sunday but we did find a local craft beer market close by and enjoyed simply walking around the area.

Buffet breakfast was excellent. The rooms were beautiful. Good value for money. Great location near the bay. Friendly and helpful staff.

Very well located, comfortable bed, really nice staff who spoke multiple languages. The breakfast had a lot of choice, the food was amazing. Unlimited, with local food like ham and tortilla, but also a lot of other choice. The value for the property was very good.

Decoration looks a bit old in the bedroom.

Greta location. Great value. Nice big room, and monster sized bed. Perfect after a long days travel.The breakfast venue was nice. The Tortilla Espanol was delic.

The staff at the reception were very friendly and quite helpful! The location in Vigo was perfect -easy to walk to nearby restaurants. We arrived on bicycles and they were able to store our bikes indoors for us.

Well located hotel with very friendly front desk staff. Close to several restaurants. We did have a good bit of street noise overnight but the rooms were very well stocked, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fabulous. Camino pilgrims - this property does accept luggage transport.
