Gran Hotel Nagari Boutique & Spa

This property was fantastic. Very clean, rooms were extremely spacious and comfortable. Location was excellent and service impecable. Spa was also wonderful. Great location. Highly recommend.

Location for the Xmas village and lights

Spa was 25€ extra to use the pool, I'd rather see it included, also when we arrived children running around jumping on the furniture in the lobby for a half hour, I know it's the parents fault but they were in the bar having cocktails but the staff did nothing

Great location if you are doing the Camino. Close to lots of restaurants and bars. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The staff is amazing and very helpful.

It advertises a pool. But it’s not part of hotel. It’s part of the spa and charges you to use it. Massages in spa went from great to terrible.

The room was spacious and the tub was delightful.

The price of using the small pool on the roof was not a good bargain. This part of the hotel experience was overpriced. I read a lot of negative reviews about this subject but wanted to check it out for myself. The negative reviews were on par.

Lovely location and a very nice hotel. It was a wonderful place to stay and relax and get some rest for one night while we were walking the Camino de Santiago. The staff was very nice. The AC in our room broke and the staff was very accommodating and moved us to an even nicer room.

Beautiful property with potential

The service fell short of expectations for a hotel in this price range. Spa policies were confusing and felt overly restrictive, detracting from the sense of ease and enjoyment. Staff were polite but not proactive in delivering the kind of thoughtful, attentive experience one would expect from a five-star stay.

Beautiful, luxury and clean. I loved the view of my bedroom, the bubble bath. The bed was really big and there was all the accessories needed in the bathroom. You can also sleep really well as it’s silent; and there’s no light coming as you can close theres something that totally block the light from outside. The breakfast was amazing with a lot of choice, from local food to international and lots of fruits. Staff was relaxed and polite.

Underground garage tricky to say the least when driving a larger car!

I booked this room to recover from walking The Camino Portugeuse. I arrived early on Easter Sunday expecting to have to wait for my room but reception was able to put me in a room immediately; I was exhausted so this was much appreciated. I was surprised at the luxury of the rooms for the price. I was able to shower and soak in the wonderful jacuzzi tub while sipping a wine from the very well stocked mini-bar. After some rest I had lunch in the lobby bar; it was such a large portion that I saved half for my dinner. Finally, I had a fantastic massage in their gorgeous spa. Just fantastic.

The only thing I would change is I would have stayed longer.

Not so kind behaviour during checking. Was acceptable but the actitude of the proffesional was confrontative, and she was as actually mistaken, sorry. Only that small comment.
