Reception area should be on ground floor with good space.

Meets the minimum requirements for official visit. As it is under renovation, facilities are crammed and may not recommend to family visit.

Reception staff is very good in handling the situation and very courteous.

The room and fixtures were outdated, with doors having termites. The stay was ok without having much comfort on the bed, washroom, or in the room. Overall OK stay.

Smell, Door fixtures, cramped room area, AC was old etc.,

The staff was friendly and kind.

The hotel was overpriced and didn't meet my expectations. Hot water isn't available 24/7 unless you ask for it. The bathroom tiles were broken and the wall paints were patchy and unfinished. The room was small too.

Food

Over priced. I paid Rs 3700/- per day on booking.com whereas others had paid only Rs 2000/- per day and that small size room was no where more than 2000/-

No breakfast included Towel was kept unclean

It was closer to the Pantnagar Airport and from the Hotel I got a taxi to go to kaichidham.

Lights were little less in the room.

worst stay, checked in for one night stay because i have to catch next day morning flight to Delhi.

The B'fast was very bad, no food many options and the quality also not very great... but the reception staff were very good and very helpful... full mark to reception staff

Breakfast was taste but options were less, no sweet dish was available in breakfast, I think they could have at least put some small fruit cake or something similar. Staff was nice & helpful. We had lunch on all days -it was tasty, healthy & served nicely. In room all basic amenities were provided.

Internet was very slow everywhere - in rooms & in public places, I was not able to even send mails properly, leave alone opening some videos or other sites. There were regular electricity breakdown, though most of the times they have backup within few minutes.

Our stay was very uncomfortable.

Not very satisfactory stay.Bed sheet were dirty .Room was o.k.like very basic.Especially bathroom was dirty. & NO VENTILATION & NO EXHAUST FAN in the bathroom.No space for instolatiin for exhaust fan.Food & B/F also not good in taste & quality.Entire Hotel is very dark & look old dusty.

Conveniently located....good size rooms....very receptive staff....reasonably good food options

Nearer to Airport.

Very poorly accessible from the road. Difficult to cross the high way by walk, to reach nearby shopping centers. No transport facilities like autos, or cabs.Room is furnished with old wooden cabins . Lot of Mosquitoes. No coil is provided. Thinking that it is Tata's group venture, you will be fooled .It is not at all suitable for a holiday.

Very poor in all aspects, for eg wifi wasn’t working, TV wasn’t working, room size very small, luggage keeping facility wasn’t there, and much more like this, overall not recommended

Unfortunately, the quality of service I encountered fell significantly short of the standards one would expect from a reputed hotel.Upon entering my assigned room, I was disheartened to find the bedsheets in an unacceptable state – visibly dirty, with disturbing blood stains on the blankets. Understandably concerned, I immediately brought this issue to the attention of your staff, requesting a change of bedding. Regrettably, despite my insistence, the replacements provided in all three instances were marred by similar blood stains, which only added to my dismay.To compound matters, I was taken aback when I returned to my room after being out for the day, only to discover that the hotel staff had entered without my prior consent. Not only had they accessed my room without permission, but they also undertook a full cleaning and rearrangement of my personal belongings. This not only breaches the trust and privacy one expects in a hotel but is also a clear violation of professional hospitality standards.The lack of attention to cleanliness and the intrusive handling of my personal space has left me deeply disappointed with the overall experience at Ginger. I believe it is essential for a hotel of your standing to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, privacy, and professionalism, aspects that were lacking during my stay.I sincerely hope that you take this feedback seriously and use it as an opportunity to address the issues I have raised. As a guest, it is disheartening to endure such a disappointing experience, and I trust that you will take the necessary steps to ensure the improvement of your services.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Location near industrial area

Very old property which was not maintained in a will fashion. Water blockage in the washroom, rooms are very small, no hot water in the taps.

It’s location was perfect! Very close to our working area. Breakfast was well served. Staff was really good. Specifically the front desk officer Suhana was extremely courteous and helpful.

The room was not properly maintained. Walls were dirty, bathroom door and cupboard door was broken. Ginger has a huge reputation and this could have been better.

Only staff behaviour was nice

But according to quality food was much expensive and no discount in 1 St visit..
