Radisson Blu Hotel Rudrapur

didnt expect a chain like radisson to behave like this

i had paid for two nights, for two rooms. i had a change of plans and left one day early. i checked out at 3 pm. the hotel is not responding to my requests for a refund

The location is apt . Very well maintained, neat and clean! Only the room acs need to be more cooler n easier to fix!

Breakfast was fair. Location is good. Staff is pleasant and helpful

Cleanliness. The panel for plugs at the desk was dirty. Stains in the loo. Dinner was substandard. Food is expensive and quality and quantity are poor. Wi-Fi didn’t work.

Speed of service was too slow (even after giving clear instructions, my bill, car and other things were not ready in time and I had to wait)

Staff is very courteous and all are very friendly and helpful

We like the comfortable beds for a good rest prior resuming our journey to Delhi from our home in the hills

The location, house keeping, warmth of its staff, good buffet, practical hotel especially if one is on a stated mission. They (staff) understands their guest requirements.

Could have been better priced, a little too expensive for the location ie Rudurpur.

Location is next to mall, and not far from airport. Some of the reception staff were good.

The hotel is becoming dated and not maintained at all. Its one of the worst reflection of Radisson as a brand. One can notice damaged interiors everywhere. My room's AC was not working. Restaurant was dirty, tables and chairs were not being cleaned before handing over to guests. Things were falling apart like Bathroom hand shower and soap holder dish. One can see that costs were cut while hotel was built. One can notice that cheap building materials were used which are now falling apart.

Staff, comfort, location and food

1, the water was not hot enough. They need to change their boiler settings permanently. Which they did for Half an hour only on my request. So I had to make sure that I had a shower in that allotted time, which was annoying.2, The check out staff were painfully slow. They need to invest more time in training to bring the efficiency up.

The location was very pleasant with green lush environment. The breakfast was good including North Indian, South Indian and continental dishes.

The food service was a bit slow.

Since I am asked to write a review I will pen down in short Faced bit issues in electric kettle and breakfast had all items Dat were of potatoes and also misses the purpose, we had aloo poree, alu paratha, dosa with alu filling, tikki of aloo so basically it's potatoes in all breakfast. Though it had oats masala and beams with fruits and juices still mains of breakfasted missed my expectations

Breakfast was very good, there were very good veg options available there.Also at the time of checkout, we asked one of the restaurant staff, can they provide 2 idlis for our 3-year-old son as we forgot to take them with us during breakfast and they happily did provide us without taking any extra cost. we are very thankful for this kind of gesture. thank you once again

music was too loud in the restaurant but there is also a small dance area there, hence couldnt be helped. Restaurants ahve to be quieter so people can talk and enjoy their meal

I liked everything in the hotel. On the first night I fell ill. I was very sick, got high fever and was unable to even move. I vomited 2-3 times and threw up everything I ate.The staff took very good care of me.They really helped me.I was there for State Bank of India audit and didnot have any family or firends but the hotel staff stepped in and took care of me. I stayed there around 10-12 days, until I got better and was able to travel. I've no complaint about anything.

Location, it's far away from the main city of Rudrapur. The hotel is expensive. I stayed there for 10-12 days and paid around Rs 50,000.

Well located with easy access to the highway with adequate parking. Rooms are large and well appointed. Extensive in room dining menu and a good breakfast spread.

Pool side exterior and verandah could be better maintained .
