Location, staff were exceptional. Facilities all functioned well. Breakfast was Okay.

This hotel is located on a quiet street, right in the centre of Ourense. Great location!Very clean room and bathroom.

Very modern and comfortable hotel in a superb location. Close to all of the best tapas bars & restaurants. Nicest 2 star we’ve stayed in.

The location is ideal, plenty of restaurants in the area. The bus stop is about three blocks away. We walked to the Roman and Millennium bridge.The staff were great and accommodating. I am a 7 am riser so having to wait for an 8 am coffee was the only downside.

Excellent location.

There was an issue with noise from other rooms. We were told by the receptionist that it was due to a design fault. We could easily hear the couples ‘conversation’ next door. Luckily our Spanish is poor but it was impossible for us to ignore the sex!

Great location in the centre of the city with excellent facilities and comfortable rooms. I spent the night there before heading to Santiago the next day and it was perfect. It would also be a great place to stay for longer to explore the city. The staff were very accommodating and waited until 11pm for me to arrive as my train had been delayed. Appreciated the help and they were lovely when I arrived. Breakfast was good for €4 too

The ‘cheap corporate’ vibe. Room is not bad at all but common areas are frankly mediocre. Overpriced.

Central location, friendliness at the front desk, cleanliness

The central heating was switched on really late ( only at 8 pm) and the room was quite cold when I arrived. There was a heating unit in the room which could blow hot air, but it did not work. When I complained about it, I had to insist until I finally was moved to another room where the system worked. It was a kind of bad beginning of my stay, although at the end everything was ok.

Superb location, nice clean room, very good bathroom. The heating didn’t work, however, the staff brought a portable heater immediately and it worked well.

The space in the room was a little bit limited. It would have been useful to have a chair/small armchair

centrally located, friendly reception, very clean and modern, comfortable bed and good shower.

This was probably the best accommodation I stayed at during my last two days touring trough Nord Spain. Perfect situated, very nice big room/bad with comfy bed and super friendly staff. And this for a very reasonable price. I’ll come back for sure and can just recommend this hotel!
