Hotel Princess

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Nice tall building with beautiful towels, that’s about it.

No a/c cause they shut the whole building, even though temperature was at 27-28 degrees. No fridge in room, queen bed was 2 twins put together. Rough pillows.Rugs on common areas dirty. Staff well below average. All in all not a four star hotel by any standard.

Horrible choice

We decided to cancel our stay and book another hotel because the conditions were extremely unhealthy. We had two rooms: the first one had a flood coming from the ceiling and water spreading across the floor, while the second had visible mold on the walls and a terrible smell.The rooms were very outdated, with decor that looked over 50 years old, and the photos on Booking.com were not accurate. Additionally, the lobby was not accessible for travel bags — you have to carry them up stairs just to reach the elevator. Overall, the hotel felt like a neglected facility from the 1980s, far from what was advertised.

Beds were twin and a bit soft. Hotel hasn't gone through renovations for a long time. I wouldn't consider it 4 stars in today's market

Great location, excellent front desk staff/check-in. Convenient to many amenities. Very good cafeteria on-site.

Location fine in center

Room smell of smoking.Carpet dirty, really dirty.Wi-Fi did not work.Shaggy look. No hot water during day, but seemed to be fixed in the evening.

Excellent value for money, with a large room, enormous en-suite, very comfortable bed, a very good breakfast and efficient, friendly staff on reception.

I wouldn't say "didn't like", but while the lady at breakfast was very efficient, her English was as bad as our Spanish, so it was hard to communicate (leading to my wife having hot milk on her cornflakes!)Still, it meant we learned a new word - "caliente" ?

Big room and the bathroom. Comfy beds. Big shower.

Location. Friendly helpful staff, secure off site parking for 2 motorbikes.

It needed a bit of TLC. Room was adequate, but communal areas dark. No tea and coffee making facilities.

The only thing that I liked was the bedroom and bathroom. Heating of the bedroom was good.

Breakfast very bad, staff of the bar not friendly. Water pipes in the bedroom would wake me up in the middle of the night.

Pls improve to get others entertainment like spa disco bar etc..

Decent hotel, centrally located, perfect for a short stay.

The room was good for a short stay. The only drawback was the lack of a fridge.

Staff at reception were extremely nice and polite - Went out of their way to help us find our way around the city

Beds unconfortable - Staff (morning lady) at the Cafe-Bar downstairs seemed awkward with foreign guests

Is was basic but clean.

It was incredibly hot, (easily above 28oC).Air conditioning not an option they told us. Opening the windows wasn’t either, because the street below was so noisy. We were misinformed about the parking situation. I fail to see how this can qualify as a 4 star hotel. We will not be going back! (& the location on google maps is incorrect & they should change it.)
