Pros +
- Service -David was bery helpful- comfortable large bed, location.
- Very spacious room, includes a minibar and good air conditioning. Allows you to completely close the blinds with a switch right above your nightstand.
- I have stayed here many times over the years. It's a lovely old school place with a bit of class. The Segundo has a wonderful staff too, always polite and welcoming. I love the place.
Cons -
- Garage was difficult to get in and out.
- The whole property is too dark and the bathroom could use a renovation.
- The room smelled. It was a strong musty odor as if a carpet had gotten wet and then stuck in a ball in a corner and left to dry. I slept the first night with the windows open, hoping it would be better in the morning. It wasn’t. I complained in the morning and thought I was told someone would come up to look into it, so I went back up to the room and waited 45 minutes. I went back to the lobby and thought the man at the front desk said someone would come up to spray. When I got back later in the evening, the room still smelled bad and I didn’t smell any sort of air freshener, so I doubt anyone did anything. Another night of both windows open. In the morning, I asked if someone had used air freshener, but my interaction foundered on language problems and I don’t know if anything had been done or not. I could have asked for another room, but I thought the wide open windows would get rid of the smell. The smell seemed to come and go and was in both the bedroom and bathroom.

Nice sized room. Comfortable bed. Great breakfast. Excellent location.
Room was facing a street. Opposite a small bar. As windows had no sealings the sound from the traffic and bar could be heard easily. Also walls were bad isolated.
The hotel appears quite nice.

Hotel position right in city center and next to car park
Bathroom of the hotel bedrooms are really old
Clean, location, lobby and staff were great.
Bed and pillows were very hard.
Good but small room in a good location in Ourense, the Bath of Spain. Good parking for small cars and good restaurants nearby.
Lighting a bit poor but tolerable.
Great bed (really huge!) and lovely shower!Staff were very helpful.Air con worked great, and bathroom was exceptionally clean.
Would have loved check in to be a bit earlier.
very good location, very attentive staff, spacious and comfortable room and bathroom.
need to pay more attention to the cleanliness of the apartment.
Lovely shower and large bed
Parking was tricky with our VW camper van.
Great location spotless room underground secure parking for motorcycle 6 euro per night fridge in room
Nothing, would stay again if ever in ourense .as a motorcyclist hard to get hotels with everything, location cleanliness fridge and secure parking this has everything,a gem for motorcyclists.
Close to downtown.
Parking exit was difficult. Showers were difficult to operate. No hot food offered at the breakfast buffet - overcharged for almost 10 euros. For some cheese and meat? Very little difference between continental offering and higher priced breakfast menu. Small room for price. Bed took up the entire room. Not worth the high charge plus pay for parking plus pay for breakfast. Not a good deal at all.
Enjoyed our large room and jacuzzi bath. Good breakfast with friendly staff.
Car park access very narrow. Traffic noise a little annoying at times - 3rd floor overlooking street.
Very comfortable rooms. Good location. Parking underneath.
Breakfast was very limited
We were so shocked by the attitude of the staff that we actually didn't notice any positives.
This was the worst service we have ever experienced. And we have stayed in quite a few hotels around the world. So, long story short: we parked the car right in front of the main entrance on the HOTEL PARKING. Another car accidentally hit our car while parking the same day. The owner of that car came in the hotel and asked the administrator to inform us about the accident. The administrator replied, "Don't worry, they are foreigners, just go."I leave it to you to decide if you want to stay in this place.
Very nice hotel although a little old. Centrally located and staff were very nice
Great location in a beautiful city. Close to a shopping mall, post office, beautiful old restaurant quarter. Laundromat, Barber, ATM, and great coffee - all in walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful. Double glazed windows and shutters very effectively reduce outside noise. Parking easy to access and very close.
Nice breakfast, friendly staff and suite room was large
Some of the curtains don’t work properly and not all of the lights work well. There was strange noises through the day possibly from outside but not sure. The sauna at the hotel is out of service
