Very clean and comfortable place in a great location, but breakfast cost more than it was worth.

When you walk in the staff already know your name for check in. Friendly and accomplished staff. The manager does not hesitate to speak with the residents, and goes out of her way to make your stay the best.

Room very comfortable and spacious, great view; wifi was perfect, air conditioning good! Really good value for money and comfortable; breakfast was also great.

Helpful concierge. Also helped us leave bags after checkout.

Price for accommodations was high

Despite its comfort and staff problems, the location was very good. There is a (payed) parking nearby and a café that serves breakfast right in front of the hotel. It is also very close to the city center. The interior of the hotel seems to have been improved in the last few years.

The room was too hot! Air conditioning was operating, but could not bring the room to a decent temperature. Had a lot of difficulty sleeping due to that. Also, staff insisted on cleaning the room despite the "do not disturb" board at the door, arguing with us that they had to clean it while we left the room.

It's one of those hotels you can't open the windows and live on ac. very dry, not nice.

Separate Toilet, Shower only one hook for towels. "Located by Toilet" No tissues, one small waste bin, No hanging space cupboards for 4 night stay, had to live out of suitcase, very poor and dated just about 3 star definitely not 4, and staff weren't very friendly. Disappointed as previously we really enjoyed our stay here.

Great hotel for a single night passing through Ourense. On site parking. Good location.

The rooms are nice and refurbished recently.

The building is pretty old with no atmosphere. I was told during check in that breakfast as included in the room rate, while checking out it was not the case. Parking is Eur. 19 a day.

Room was spacious, clean and modern.

I left a jacket and an expensive cologne and when I called they told me they did not find it when I am 100% sure I left them in the room

The location of the hotel was excellent, the room in the upper floor as I requested was nice, the beds were comfortable, and I lkie the lobby.

The ventilation in the bathroom was not working, the bathroom in the lobby was not very clean, the parking's price was a bit high and it would be nice to enter the room before 15:00.

Beds were AMAZING. all hotels would get better ratings if they all had beds like this - large, comfy, great sheets and lots of pillows! Rooms had everything you need, big tv, coffee & tea, mini bar, good bathroom and clean with enough space for everything. Good location too, cafe in front of the hotel and restaurants / supermarket all within 10 min walk

parking is expensive! 18€ / day!!

Location is excellent. Room is typical of the Barcelo brand with a comfortable room with amenities on the 18th floor. Bed was comfortable and quiet.

States as having parking but it is SMALL and were told it was full when we arrived. Turned out 2 spaces were available but the parking is so small, one could only fit a Smart Car and the other needed 6 maneuvers to park my subcompact rental (Focus). Additionally charge is 18€ a night.
