Location and price

The room was cold. Also I paid for parking but lost my ticket and was unable to park and the hotel would not refund my money.

Central locale and amenities all around. Good staff, cafe onsite, and good value.

Great staff, cafe on site, value here, for sure. Walk to hot springs.

Convenient, reasonably priced older property on a busy street. It was easy to find from the train station and not too far from old town and fun places to eat. The staff at check in and in the cafe were friendly, kind and helpful.

It was small and okay to stay for a short period. For me it’s a hostel and not a hotel…

Very very small room and everything is small. Don’t expect too much but it’s located in a good spot.

The staff were truly agreeable and halpful. Although the room was small, it felt very commodious and the details, such as shelves for toiletries in the bathroom, were noted and appreciated. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or to recommend to friends and family .

Information about parking . It would have been nice to have the options on the website as it was stressful to arrive and we parked a little far away. One of our party has mobility issues.

Excellent location. Everything is in less than 5 -10 minutes walk. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff was super kind and helpful. Comfortable double bed for the night.

The shower and the toilet were not separated from the living area. Parking is at the nearby underground public parking with hotel discount.

The room was small but adequate for one night. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. The location was perfect as closereakfast to the old town and effectively on the Camino. Breakfast was satisfactory and reasonable value.

We booked the economic room, that means the smaller one. The hotel personal was 5 stars! Very clean hotel, location was great, in the center of Ourense, everything was closer , but it was a little bit too small for us. I think is great for one nigh.

My go-to spot for shorter stays. Great staff and good value. Onsite cafe with nice and efficient staff.

Great staff here and it's in a convenient area to many good services, restaurants etc. I've stayed here a number of times over the years. Good for Camino stays vs alberque -- good value and basically right on the camino. Comfy beds, quiet, and cafe at street level.

The room was a bit dirty and old and smelled a lot like old cigarette smoke.

I stayed here about 8 years ago when renovations looked fairly new. I noticed some wear and tear this time that reflects some negligence in maintenance, such as some warped laminate flooring dusty doors , baseboards and heaters.

Overall painting job required, room 103. The walls are dirty, the floor facing tha bathroom is bad. It an old building that needs more maintanance. But the personnel are kind. Here, I am taking about the owner, that need to invest more to keep its business.

Location

No hot water on arrival. Burst hot water pipe in the bathroom, flooding the bedroom, requiring us to move to another room. Free breakfast was offered along with sincere apologies

Great location very close to everything

The hotel is dated and in need of a refresh facilities are basic but it you’re looking for a place to sleep and explore the city this is a good bet

Great location right in the lively center of Ourense. The staff was really nice and let us borrow an iron.

The breakfast was quite small (you can only pick one hot drink, one juice and one pastry/sandwich) - since we stayed for two nights, we would have liked a bit of a variety - especially we were missing a fruit/yoghurt option perhaps… Our room also didn’t have any soap near the sink - there was only the shower gel in the shower. After asking the staff we were given travel shower gels to wash our hands with…
