The pool was great!

Nor really.

The outdoor space was a big plus. It’s rare to find a garden/patio area that’s so well-kept and usable.

I liked the property overall, but one thing I didn’t appreciate was that the pool wasn’t open. It would have been helpful if that had been communicated in advance, as it was something I was really looking forward to enjoy.

Internet did not work and was told that it hadn’t been working properly for days would of been useful to know this before booking. Would of liked more detailed breakdown of prices in the hotel room.

Great value hotel, the room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. There was a big parking lot useful for our road trip. Friendly staff.

Room is large, with balcony, clean, good size bathroom and free breakfast, which was very nice. highly recommended, plus secure parking for cars and motorcycles for 10 euro. 5 minute stroll to main town and bars/ restaurants.

Lovely clean hotel in the countryside. Friendly helpful staff. The restaurant in the hotel served dinner till 10 which seems the exception for Galicia.

Excellent hotel, great facilities. Too bad the pool was closed and the location is a little bit away from downtown Ourense, but it ends up beeing more quiet, so all an all not so bad.

The distance from the city center and the unavailable amenities. The EV charger was not available when we arrived, but later was told that they did have an unlock card. And also the swimming pool.

Beautiful park like setting. Hotel in the middle of nowhere, seems to be surprisingly unexpected.Beds firm, & very clean. Very nice place.

What I liked best was the staff and how friendly they were! The room was clean and spacious, and as the hotel was overbooked they gave us a superior room.

The vent wasn't always working so the smell from other bathrooms traveled to our bathroom, that was the only thing I disliked in the hotel.

Slightly off the main highway but made up with a pleasant stay.

The room was clean and very quiet, the staff were very nice, the breakfast room was bright and spacious and there was a wide range of food to choose from. There were plenty of parking spaces.

The bed was a bit hard and I would have preferred a modern shower instead of a bath with shower attachment.

All up to expectations and mainly favourable. Breakfast was good and full of choice.

The bar and cafeteria were functional, but these areas lacked any ambiance. The comfort, the decor and the food were lacking and all had the appeal of Noia bus station. More thought needs to be given to the needs of guests seeking a comfortable and welcoming environment at the end of the day. A beer or a glass of wine before supper should be taken in a relaxing and pleasing area, not in an area that has no charm or character. A waste of its potential, it needs a re-design.However the staff were very willing, helpful and, despite the surroundings, very cheerful.

Very comfortable place to stay. Very clean with all amenities.

This is a 4 star hotel but the restaurant was shut and they could only offer a cafeteria menu, not good enough. Especially as it is in a quite remote location with no alternative nearby.

The room was a good size, with a sofa in addition to the bed. The bathroom was a good size, although the countertop was very small. There was a lift to upper floors. The office provided me with an electric fan as the air conditioning was not turned on. On-site parking was convenient.

Our upper floor, southwest facing room had one small window that opened halfway. The air conditioning was not turned on. The room was hot. The ground level lobby, however, was downright cold. The lift doors would close while someone was still in the entry. The breakfast buffet was not very appetizing, with cold, slimy scrambled eggs. I reported this but nothing was done about it.

The room was spacious, and the breakfast was fine. The staff was nice and efficient. The Wifi didn’t work but the lady at the reception helped to solve the problem. The garden in front of the hotel looked beautiful and the parking spot was shaded. But in high season there aren’t enough places in the shade, I guess.

It ‘s pretty far from Ourense, but that’s what you choose for.
