Nice room, good location and friendly helpful staff

Very nice hotel in an excellent location, good value for the price. Wonderful staff. You feel completely at home here. The breakfast is good and they were very nice providing us with expresso coffee.

Actually, everything was good. Remarks only for the parking garage that is sort of small but this is because I have a big car. So... more maneuvers needed.... C'est la vie! Nevertheless it is good that they have parking.

the room was very comfortable with a massive bed. The bathroom was spacious with good hot powerful shower. We liked the fact that we could park there and walk into old centre of Ourense

the parking is tight if you have a large vehicle

Rooms are very modern and have all facilities in 5 star facilities. Location is excellent and staff very friendly, professional, and helpful. Great stay!

Clean, comfortable, 10 min drive to thermal pools

Noisy street to front of hotel

Great location, shower pressure was amazing, the beds were very big and comfortable, the rooms were nice and warm, and pitch black and silent. We slept really well, we specially appreciated it after a long day driving.

The process to access the garage could improve a little, even though they do provide detailed information in advance.

Very nice, clen place. Staff was very helpful. Excellent breakfast. Parking garage under the hotel very convenient for those traveling by car.

Well run hotel in the centre of town. Staff were brilliant, room very well designed and furnished and the car parking under the hotel is a real bonus. Highly recommended.

The hotel was centrally situated and close to everything we wanted to see. Staff were friendly and spoke good English.

Everything was fine, its not a five star experience but it didn't pretend to be.

Location, Shower

Bedrooms were dated, no tissues, no free water, no hot drinks facilities, bidet hard a crack in it, trying to get between toilet and bidet to get in and out of bath for shower

Great hotel in a good location with private parking close to all of the sights, good breakfast and friendly & helpful staff

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet.

First time at this hotel though I have visited Orense before. What a great hotel, lovely staff, great facilities and four levels of underground car parking. Superb breakfast and an altogether excellent experience. I will stay here again.

It's clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff were very nice and the breakfast was great.

Nothing negative to say about it.

Very spacious rooms, comfortable bed and hotel in a perfect position for exploring Ourense.

Reception desk was wonderful! There's on -site secure underground paid parking and it's great. The hotel couldn't be more perfectly located.
