New facility, clean, location, convenient option for a quick trip to Ourense by train

Great value and reasonably comfortable budget property very close to the train station. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Grocery store and cafes very nearby. Would definitely stay here again if I was overnighting in Ourense.

A bit far from the center of town. Rooms were a bit noisy on occasion. Maintenance in the bathroom could be a bit better.

No staff after 9:00 pm maybe. Not convenient to check in. Especially when it was raining,you have to wait outside. Almost all wet

It's nearness to everything,esp the train station,yet it is so quiet and relaxed,as we are on the other side of the river Mino.

The air conditioning was set to heat so we had to cool the room by leaving the windows open.

Comfortable room on the top floor, and good lighting. Great location near the train and bus station. Good breakfast, including muesli!

The air conditioning was set in heating mode with no option to change it, so it wouldn't do any cooling. It was a warm night and even with the bathroom window open it was too hot in the room.

The staff were great and the location and the cleanliness was super. there could be a little more choice / quality in the breakfast.

Great hotel for travelling on a budget, right next to the train station so it's also handy to the hire car shopfronts. Breakfast looked fairly simple and we didn't try it, but at 8 euro that's pretty good value. We'll be back.

Bathroom was a little unloved, towels were thin and old and the shower had low water pressure. Thicker doonas would be great in winter, too.

Breakfast perfectly OK, good for included in price. Location extremely convenient for station. Taxis and buses for centre handy. Room quiet, although close to station.

Having to give your personal information via an intercom and having to pronounce everything loud and clear while other people are waiting behind you isn't very private.

The room did not have bath soap only she, hairdryer and telephone missing. Very hot and beds very uncomfortable. Surprisef booking have it a good rating.

Very good location, good facilities and comfort.

The location is very close to the train station making it incredibly convenient. The breakfast is quite generous too. The room we got had a balcony with a very nice view of the city. Check-in was easy too.

Location to Railway station was only 2 minute walk. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast was dry good value for money.

Overnight stop before catching train, two minutes away. Excellent breakfast. I don’t understand the star rating - one star! stayed in 2 star hotel the night before that was not nearly as good.

The neighborhood in which this "hotel" is located is very depressed. The wrong side of the river so to speak. It is right by the train station if you need a quick place to stay but it is very much like a hostel and not worth the price, The rooms are clean.

The beds were lumpy and when I opened the curtains there was a man in stretch pants across the street scratching his "nuts" and sucking down a beer. Right. So we made the best of it and closed the curtains. I highly recommend staying in Vigo or Pontevedra instead, or at least at a brand named hotel chains in the center of town. There is NO parking, so if you are early enough you might find a place on the street.
