Awesome professional team on reception and in the restaurant. The reception team are confident English speakers and very helpful. Good value for money.The rooms are clean and spacious, the AC and ceiling fans work well and the food is good. Shreeyog is a little out of town and we liked the peacefulness. If you need transportation you can borrow bikes for short journeys or ask reception for recommendations, we did and we were very happy with the service. Be sure to try at least some of the recommended activities on offer, we particularly enjoyed the bird watching nature walk.

Set back away from residential areas. However close to all activities.Staff were exceptionally helpful! Especially Avinash Panda who organised trips and transport.The hotel has a Jeep which we used a few times. The hotel restaurant is very nice and very reasonably priced! We ate in Dandeli and Avinash was able to recommend a nice restaurant ❤️

Nothing , one tip, if the hotel could provide diet soda in the restaurant this would improve the selection ❤️

Excellent breakfast. The dinner menu ' a la carte ' was also very good.

The bathroom should be provided with a toiletry stand and clothes ? should also be provided at the back of the bathroom door ? .

Bathrooms were not clean

Resort Location, Food (Breakfast/Dinner), Room, and overall well maintained and clean. The staff was extremely cooperative. Games - (Pool/Badminton/Archery/Carrom and chess) added more fun to the stay.

There was no channel broadcast on TV only option available was to use your own Amazon Prime account to watch.

Best place to stay. Good ambience and facilities. Courteous staff. Specious rooms. Good food reasonably priced. Value for money

Big rooms, neat and clean sheets, helpful staff. Easy access from Dandeli town. Reasonably good resort area with play areas and pool. Food is good at the restaurant.

Did not find toiletries. Some issues with Tap system that caused only Hot water to come in. A bit of slippery floor in the bathroom, could have been better cleaned I felt (also a taint of odor in the bathroom). The resort does not allow room ordering for food. Parking space could be a bit of trouble as no one seem to be there to manage when vehicles comes in our moves out.

Friendly staff, good food, location.

No exhaust fan in the bathroom. It's ok to stay just for a day but if you stay more than that you notice a stange smell coming from the bathroom and thus the same smell all over the property. Probably the drainage system in not proper.

Very friendly and professional staff and management. The hotel was really nice and clean. The owner took us for a tour on their batel nuts farm which was amazing.

A bit loudy when someone was talking on the corridors. But we usually were the loudest :D

The staff were very friendly and competent and the hospitality of the owner was exceptional. The room was very spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool looked lovely and inviting. The food provided was good and plentiful.

AC was not working. AC was noisy. Flies in the restaurant, no laptop table

Everything was smooth from the check in to check out. The staff were very courteous and helpful in moving our luggage and attending to our needs. We were provided with the necessary toiletries and fresh, clean towels in every room. Food was served in the dining area, and it was tasty. Some indoor and outdoor sports equipment were available, including cycles, which was a lot of fun. The swimming pool was clean. The morning breakfast buffet was excellent.

Mostly Chinese variety of food was available for dinner.

Spacious rooms

Very expensive and hidden charges from Booking. com as well as Agoda. I felt I paid 50% more. For one room 5786/- should have included all means. It was totally unfair.
