Il San Francesco Charming Hotel

Room was very nice and the grounds were beautiful. The breakfast more the met our expectations. Parking was on site.

Thought there was a pool from the photos was told it was a large jazzuzi but was told it would be an extra 20E to use it. WiFi was not the best

The location is amazing. The facility very much charming as per the name. Wonderful outdoor settings with many spots to take comfort and enjoy the lake and settings. Both Dinner and Breakfast were outstanding and the staff were courteous and competent. We stayed a night but will come back to enjoy the peaceful and relaxing settings and stay a few days. Besides the lake the wonderful beaches are just around the corner as well

The room was spacious and the hotel was beautiful. The staff were very accommodating and friendly.

The facilities stated there was a restaurant, however, it was closed on the night we stayed. It should state in the booking information if it is closed regularly on a specific night. One of the things we look for when booking is, if the accommodation is not in the town centre, then it has a restaurant.

While we stayed at the property, they had two events over the same weekend (including a wedding).The hotel is too small to host events and ordinary guests at the same time

Beautiful hotel and grounds. Nice staff and breakfast was excellent. The restaurant is also great. Beautifully kept.

Great hotel however could not give it a perfect score because they listed air-conditioned rooms but it's not true. They would not turn on the AC until the end of May. It was very hot in the rooms. I was not able to rest and neither were the other people from my party in the other rooms. They said to me "Americans are always hot" and I should open the windows. This is not a pleasant thing to say. I tried to sleep with the window open but there was a smell of burnt wood and I was afraid of bugs coming into our rooms. The fan in the room was about to fall off the ceiling and barely moved. So it was extremely HOT! We are on vacation and rest is very important.i asked to speak with the manager but he would not give face.

Wi-Fi di not work well for us. if you need to work on you pc, it is not possible with the quality of the Wi-Fi.did not like that the breakfast was served at the buffet. i like to be free and move around the buffet freely. if there are more than one room at the breakfast buffet you have to wait.

Breakfast was perfect. Also hotel place is good calm and silent.
