About
Located between the sea and the lake, Hotel Oasi Di Kufra consists of two buildings, one overlooking the tranquil waters of lake Paola and the other one directly on the beautiful beach of Sabaudia. Set on Sabaudia's long stretch of white sandy beaches, the Oasi offers a wellness center, restaurant, bar and private beach. Beach facilities include one parasol, one sunbed and one deck-chair per room. All air-conditioned guest rooms offer a TV, mini-bar and private bathroom. Some rooms include a spa bath or a small private pool. Wi-Fi is available throughout. The gourmet restaurant Il Tamarisco, which has a sea-view terrace, specializes in seafood dishes. Breakfast is continental buffet-style. During the summer season, the Lounge Bar and the Lamante Bar offer a light lunch featuring salads and refreshments, cold dishes, fresh fruit, sandwiches, and various snacks. Seasonal swimming pool: an extra fee is required for the access and it is restricted to those aged 14 and over. Padel and beach soccer courts are available for guests upon reservation, for an additional fee. Boat rental and water sports —including electric surfboards, canoes, standup paddleboards (SUP), and jet skis— all available, during summer season, for an additional fee. The hotel is 1.2 mi from the center of Sabaudia, and a 90-minute drive from Rome. Circeo National Park is a 15-minute drive away, and parking at the property is free.

- Great location, clean, and nice breakfast
- Everthing was just as expected. The location, the beach, the room, the services.
- Location was very nice and convenient
Cons -
- No fitness or gym
- There’s a lot to be said about the property. When we got there we had booked a two bedroom suite and there was no air-conditioning. We had to suffer 30°C in the room for 24 hours before I kept demanding to be changed room and finally 24 hours later, I said if I don’t get a room, I am going to leave the hotel so they transferred me from a Two bedroom suite Seaview to a single room on the lakeside that had no view and overgrown grass that was being watered daily for hours that we couldn’t access the room properly without getting all wet and they still charged the price of a two bedroom suite. they also wanted $30 for use of the swimming pool per person per day which I thought was not only ridiculous but they sold it as a property with the swimming pool. They also wanted a $20 a day to use the gym and $10 a day for the spa. Never seen or heard anything like it and I refused to pay all the services that they offered were extra. We took the buffet on the last evening and it was $22 per person. . We had two desserts that were in the buffet table and they charged us $20 for the dessert and 22 for the buffet, it wasn’t marked anywhere that there was extra charge for dessert. They didn’t disclose it to us that we had to pay extra for a dessert that was another very offensive gesture on the hotel part taking advantage of travelers. Leaving our room early in the morning, we had to call the gardener to stop the sprinkler. It was wet everywhere and we couldn’t pass. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone nor will I ever go back.
- It took way too long for them to check us in. Food was not great. Tub on the balcony did not work.

Proximity to the beach. Nice rooms. Gorgeous views.

we already know the Kufra hotel and like all of it, wonderful location and great hotel.
if I have to say something the quality of the art is a little updated I would change all pictures hanging on the walls, I think by default when available they should assign rooms facing the sea and give some access to the lake side hotel
Sea view food hospitality
Spectacular beach and location - great view from our ocean view room. Very nice hotel.
Sadly, our stay was at the tail end of their season. Snack bars and other restaurants in the area were already shut down, limiting food options to the main restaurant - which also had a limited menu. Although I have to say that the food they did serve was very good.
excellent breakfasts, good beach facilities, nice spa
bed was a bit hard, okay for a few nights but would have been troublesome for longer
perfect location of the main building
location of the separated second building over the street, seems like low budget community
Beach was amazing - could not fault it - you could stay in the water for hours.Room lovelyHotel practically on the beach - perfect - sun loungers were very comfortable
We were 3 in our bedroom and had to pay for an extra sunlounger on the beach as the room only came with 2 sun loungers.
The view and the convenience of being right on the beach is wonderful. We are happy we woke to look out at the sea every day. The breakfast was nice. Convenient free parking for hotel guests is good too.
The staff really need to work on hospitality. I speak Italian and this didn’t win any points when communicating with them. At check in Our room was 45 mins late being ready (check in was already later than a usual check in time set at 4pm so we were pretty bummed having to wait til almost 5pm) When it was ready there’s no apology, no explaining hotel facilities like restaurants or bars available. Just told when breakfast is on and how to get to the beach. Honestly felt like they couldn’t care less to have Australian guests which was a shame as it could be a great tourist spot with some help. Food at the restaurants was expensive and sun par, would suggest going into sanaudia for a genuine €8 pasta rather than pay €22 at the hotel for a rubbish one. Bed was quite hard, room & hotel needed maintenance, very expensive for what it was honestly.
Very clean and comfortable. Lovely restaurant for breakfast included and dinner. Great location for beach with sunlounger and parasol included. Free parking. Friendly staff. Lift made room on 3rd floor easy to reach.
No cot provided, luckily we took our own. No pool other than in wellness centre but couldn't take our 18 month old as for over 18s only, could've paid €30 per day to use pool at Oasi di Kufra Lake. Kids club for over 4s only but this wasn't advertised anywhere so found out when we got there.
The beach was well organized and comfortable. Having a balcony overlooking the sea was calming and beautiful even though it was a little windy. All of the staff members were helpful and kind. The breakfast had a huge variety. There were a few places I could walk to that were close by even without a car. Would recommend and will go again.
One thing I was confused by (which may be because I am an Italian language learner), is that I had thought part of the spa was accessible to me at no additional cost. I was wrong, and am sure I must have misread something. Just wanted to let others know just in case they made my mistake. That isn’t really a problem, just adding clarity.
Hardworking staff that keep the hotel very clean. Great breakfast and restaurant on site. Beautiful beach set up.
The air con and lack of pool even though advertised as having one!
Great location, nice facilities and very nice staff.
The site was under construction and we woke up every morning to loud construction work noise, which last the whole day. In the evenings loud music was played causing an overall discomfort to be in the bedroom.Expensive for the level of comfort and rest that we got.
Good breakfast. Very good location.
Where can I start...* It's not a hotel, but a disco with bedsOut of seven nights, three were completely ruined by private parties on the premises.Saturday night: on the rooftop of the lakeside building (where we stayed), a party went on till almost 2AM with music so loud we couldn't even hear the movie we were trying to watch (sleeping was impossible, even with earplugs). We confronted the director and he dismissed us saying that "in Italy it's normal" but promised us that the following nights would be quiet. Two nights later (Monday) another private party happened above our head,: another disrupted night (the room's walls were actually shaking) and proof that we were lied to. Finally, on Friday they hosted a party on the beach across the street, and although less bad than the previous ones, the music was still loud in our room till 2AM (definitely making it impossible to sleep in the seaside building, so this problem affects both locations).* Misleading description, unprofessional staffSpa and gym need to be paid for separately. After reporting that this is not what's advertised on Booking.com, they told us we could use the gym for free and that the gym personnel had been notified. Result: we went three times (it was always deserted most of the day), and during the last, the gym manager (never seen before) showed up and yelled at us very aggressively saying we had no right to be there and accusing us of sneaking in and freeloading, even after we tried to calm him down and explain the situation.* After reporting all these problems multiple times during our stay and again at checkout, nothing was done to mitigate our bad feedback and compensate us (when I pay for a hotel I expect to be able to sleep, otherwise I'd go to a night club)
Nice hotel with balconies and sunbeds on the beach.
Unfortunately our experience was marred by faulty air conditioning. The room we were given was 27 C on arrival and we soon realised that the air conditioning was not working. We requested and were quickly given a remote however that made no difference. We reported this to reception the following day and were told it would be checked. Nothing happened and we spent another night at 29 C. We complained the following day and this time the refrigerant had been topped up and it was fixed. General attitude was very poor, with little information and a reluctant apology only on check out.
Very good food, beds comfortable and very clean. The outdoor space great. Great location by the beach.
No convenient store at the hotel to buy sun protection. Transportation rather bad in the area. we came w/train to Priverno-Fossanova on a Sunday and no buses, difficult to get a taxi.. The room was a bit old fashion, but clean. The breakfast was good but the scrambled eggs and bacon were cold since they were not kept in a steel bowl/pot.
Ok breakfast, served outside facing the parking lot. Kind staff helping with coffees.
Rather regimented, service seems aimed toward making easy for the management rather than the comfort and wellbeing of clients.
Excellent location right on a beautiful beach surrounded by sand dunes. Perfect for a relaxed few days on the coast. Good sun beds right by the water included with your stay. There’s a spa with lots of treatments such as massage and facials with friendly staff. Restaurant has good food with excellent views over the beach. Varied breakfast with fresh fruit and pastries.
While I was there in late May, they seemed to be gearing up for the main season, so there was some building and maintenance work. There was some kind of mechanical noise that I could hear every minute or two from my room, potentially the air conditioning unit, which was not very relaxing. I would have liked the beach bar to have been open. Based on the hotel description on booking.com, I had thought bikes were available at the hotel for guest use but that was not the case. If you don’t have a car and are not there in the main summer season, there are not many options for eating other than in the hotel, unless you want to walk half an hour into the town.
