It’s clean and staff was helpful.

The shower only had hot water.

The staff was kind. Breakfast was a good deal for 6 Euros pp. We appreciated the 2 bottles of water we got each day.

It was far from the centre of town and did not offer a shuttle service. Bus service was unreliable. No pool facility or garden sitting area outside. Water was not left on our last day.

The room we booked was advertised as having a private entrance, this was not the case which was disappointing. Unsure if any of the rooms had a private entrance.

The location is good for getting to the abbey and visiting the town. The staff were helpful.We had a renovated room which was nice.

The breakfast was fine but the coffee appalling. The decor in the breakfast room is dated and twee. I would serve breakfast upstairs near reception which would liven the place up or where the dinner area is. Our room was fine and very pleasant once we moved to the newer room.I am getting annoyed at hotels once again advertising on booking.com a room which we never get so this time I insisted and we were very pleased to be moved from a less than satisfactory room to a great room for which we had paid for. Don't get me started on premier inns!

The bed was exceedingly hard and not at all comfortable. Nothing like the Best Westerns in the USA.

A little far out of town to get to restaurants in the evening without drinving. Personally we like to walk out to places after driving all day

Close to monte cassino and server at dinner was good

Not so pleasant reception staff, no power to gym, people tried multiple times getting into our room, wrong room card ruined our sleep.

As we expected from an American chain of hotels. It was clean and basic. A good fit for a business trip but nothing special for holidaymakers. The hotel was conveniently situated for visiting the various WWII landmarks which was the purpose of our visit.

The beds were extremely hard! The swimming pool had not opened for the season although the weather was very hot.

Fantastic staff, always helpful, cheerful and welcoming. The resteraunt is excellent and good value.

No air conditioning or heat. The entire hotel has services intentionally shut down because the outside temperature was “good enough.”The phone in the room did not work to call the front desk. The refrigerator in the room did not work. Looked like it was not plugged in but is screwed into the wall so you cannot reach to plug it in. When these things were brought to the attention of the staff it was clearly not a surprise and they did not offer to come fix.

the staff , facilities, restaurant were excellent. Very helpful understanding staff .All facilities were beautifully clean and well presented . The restaurant was very good with well cooked and. well presented food served by smartly dressed attentive young man

The hotel literature on display and website said they operated a FREE shuttle service . we had to pay 30 euro to get to and from station by taxi . Only after showing the hotel their own website did they agree to free breakfast in recompense(12 euro,)

Good sized bedrooms, very good restaurant and breakfast room. Lovely area for sitting outside.

The staff were very helpful, great breakfast and rooff top pool.. the street has good selection of restaurants opposite the canal of fishing boats.
