A beautiful night view of the Aida dock and the city view. The room was comfortable, with the corresponding photos included in the booking app. And thank you so much for the hotel's excellent service.

Nothing special, maybe a common area on the ground floor, a bit of chaos from the Pomtayal residents. Also, my English is weak, so make sure to hire someone who speaks German well...

The reception lady noticed that my reservation was for a room with one 1,40m bed and she offered to change that into 2 beds. The room was equipped with a clever garment cabinet with hangers, 2 shelves with doors and 2 drawers; great. Spacy bathroom with a shower that provided instant hot water (how often do you need to flush precious water first?).For the duration of your stay you have a fixed reserved parking space. You might overlook it: the hotel has no breakfast option. Each floor has a shared kitchen. But luckily Warnemunde has many shops where you can order an excellent breakfast.

My phone could connect to the Wifi. My laptop did not. The phone of my wife could also not connect. Maybe there is a 1 device per room rule?

The location is the highlight. I’ve booked a single room and it was worth the price. Great view from the room. It is best for evening walks and all.

Less amenities in the Room. I didn’t get any bath amenities like shampoo or soap

The bed was very narrow and there was no real place to sit down in the room except for the bed. No real writing space or place to be except on the bed.

The locations was great since we were taking a cruise it was really close to the port.

I didn’t like that they charged me for parking. Parking after a certain time in the evening in Germany is free. I don’t understand why they would charge me for parking if there was a very large parking lot next to the hotel and it would’ve been free. I had emailed the hotel prior to arriving asking about parking and they never mentioned it would be an extra 12 euros to park in their tiny lot. If I had known this, I would not have parked there or paid their 12 euros.

The staff was exceptional friendly and helpful.

My only suggestion would be to lower that TV a little bit. The TV was very high up, and the room was very bright, making it difficult to watch.

It was clean and quiet

There was no facility in the room. No shower gel or shampoo. A bit far away from the cost but close to the train station.

On the pictures it looks like one would have a sea view, but since then they started to build a new building in front of the hotel and you don't really see it any more.

location was Perfect just in the center, 1 min far from the train station the room was clean.

i spend 4 Nights , they didnt change the sheets . Tou have to pay extra if u wanna get new clean ones.

Clean rooms. Good to have access to a kitchen. Good WiFi. Close to everything.

Very hot at night, and the room got very stuffy. Uncomfortable pillows.

Only i thing i bring to Notice that i made two time Reservation. It was informed to me on arrival. but same time i request about that it is Mistake by Me. But still i have to Pay 80% of Room Charge. i believe it is not Ok. Any how i paid the Amount while Checking out but it cost me a lot.

This hotel offers only well-thought basics, an absolute minimum to stay in comfort and this is why we liked it and will return back. Location is very convenient, just couple minutes from train station. Beds are comfortable, we had a great sleep there.

I would love to see a small fridge in the room and a tea set to rent.

The location is very nice and the hotel is very clean.

Unfortunately, due to the COVID pandemic the Hotel decided to prohibit using the cooking appliances. I was not informed about on arrival but when I came later into the common kitchen already having shopped and being prepared to supply for my own. Otherwise it is a good hotel.
