    Pros +

    • This is an exceptional b and b, in the charming "borgo" of the abbazia di priverno - the little village that's grown up around the abbey. Extremely elegant, decorated beautifully in 70s aristo syle, charming host. Choice of places to eat from the restaurant run by the owner to a cafe/enoteca that does excellent aperitivos and breakfast. It is on the expensive side if you are travelling alone on the Via Francigena, but still highly recommended - and it would be perfect for a couple on a more cultural holiday. The nearest town, Priverno, is also extremely interesting.
    • The staff lead by Mr David (Davido) were very professional, helpful and gave excellent service.
    • Friendly staff. Very clean .

    Cons -

    • nothing, all good
    • The cuisine was amazing
    • Very hard uncomfortable bed.

Nice dinner & breakfast. Good views of old town from our room & around the property. Staff very friendly & helpful.

We had to send the beef back to be cooked a little more, as it was so rare.

Location, Staff, Breakfast all exceptional. Rooms are also beautiful

No kettle in bedrooms, but the staff brought us up beautiful coffees at no charge.

It was lovely had a hot tub and a shower. And we had to leave early in the morning so the prepared a take away bag for us.

No free water and the staff although friendly were not in any hurry to help

Kind and friendly staff.Great restaurant.Great views of Cori.We had a jacuzzi in the room!Attached balcony with garden view.

The jacuzzi did not work properly... at one point it started spraying water all over the room. (this explains why it was turned off from the main power board). It seems the property knew about the defect, but had not fixed it.There was a large central airconditioning unit installed on the balcony, which was loud and let out lots of hot air... so we could not really use the balcony until late at night when they turned the AC off. Nor could we open the bathroom window due to the hot air from the AC unit.

This hotel is quite new and has beautiful, modern rooms. I even had a whirlpool with different lights and bubbles. Very cool. What I also liked were the many local pictures in the room. The hotel also has a cozy restaurant with very good food for a good price. I felt like being in heaven. ?It is also practical that the hotel is directly situated at the Via Francigena for people who are walking the way (like me). What is also important for a good stay is a friendly staff and everyone who worked in the restaurant and hotel was very friendly and polite. I’m thankful for a wonderful stay.

    I haven’t recognised anything.

My room was situated directly over a large room with a party with disco music and shouting and drinking that went onto midnight even after many complaints.

    I couldnt sleep or relax.
