This is a lovely hotel in a very pretty part of Frosinone. The rooms and public spaces are nice and the staff was awesome. The on-site restaurant has wonderful food - one of the best dinners we had in Italy - and nice views out large windows.
Great location in the heart of the historical part of the city. The view from the balcony was fascinating.
Great location, easy parking, delicious breakfast and friendly staff
Very small shower
Quaint hotelClean and lovely staff
The staff and the location of the restaurant.
The room was moldy and smelled terribly of cigarettes. It was very difficult to bear.
The location was spectacular with views overlooking the valley. The staff were helpful and accommodating to us in our tired and jetlagged state. The bed was sooo comfortable and breakfast was a feast
The lift did not seem to be available when we were checking out. We were told this was due to housekeeping using them. Fortunately we are travelling light as it was a long walk down from the fourth floor.
The hotel upgraded me because I had an exceptionally difficult time just finding a safe place to park.
Instructions or a GPS location to the entrance of their parking garage would be VERY VERY helpful. They push out a welcome message, so why can’t it include that? Late at night the streets there are filled with residents randomly parking in the narrow streets and your anxiety of navigating in a rental car and the darkness was dauntingly difficult.
Breakfast was wonderful. Staff was great.
Bathroom shower drain didn’t work that well.
We loved our balcony, view, breakfast, and it close to restaurants.
The property manager got very upset with us about something that wasn’t our fault. The luck didn’t work and she was upset that we cared. The rest of the staff was great!
Our 2nd stay in this nice oldschool hotel. Cozy beds, beautiful view from balcony rooms Very kind service. Dinner has been fully satisfying again. We'll be back.
Staff was very nice and kind. The hotel was in a central location.
Finding paking spot around hotel was difficult.
Its location and view was great
Our rooms were not clean, mould throughout the bathroom and shower, extremely noisy. Parking was near impossible. The views from the restaurant are obviously only available for dinner guests as we went to go for a pre dinner drink and the staff were annoyed that we sat at a table and rolled the table cloth up and muttered something
I recently stayed at this hotel and found the location and price to be fantastic, especially for the area. The building has a lot of charm, with its old-world feel and exposed rock walls.
However, the downside to this unique architecture is the mouldy smell in the room, which I found quite unpleasant. I understand that it’s likely due to the age of the building, but it did detract from the overall experience. That said, the room itself was very clean, and the staff was friendly. If the smell doesn’t bother you, it’s a great place to stay for its character and convenience
Town centre location, parking on the street but quite easy to find. Air conditioning in the room worked well although it was stuffy and hot in the stairwell. Restaurant in the hotel did not have a very wide menu, but what we had was delicious
Very interesting hotel with a good receptionist, head chef and all amenities.
The restaurant had a good view. But we couldn’t book it as they said it was full up when we arrived and we were never offered the choice to book a table before arrival. At least it was cheap
Our room was not in the main hotel it was in the basement which smelled of damp, ten years a further along the street. The shower could have been cleaner and we could not get a table at the restaurant upon arrival and were never offered the opportunity to book one in pre ious correspondence. The lady in reception could not wait to leave us in our room and shut us in without seemingly any concern whether had any further questions. Not really what I signed up for.
The room was nice and very clean. We took just a cappuccino but it was fine and the service, too.
An electric kettle would be useful and some drinks or snacks in the fridge, even if they were not free. But these are really negligible details.
