Hotel Testani Frosinone

Free parking, clean and comfortable rooms

The air conditioning didn’t work, the staff didn’t help with fixing the air conditioner. Breakfast was very very basic…

Updated

Back door was propped open all night posing a safety risk.

The free parking and the quite area in the morning without traffic

The breakfast could be done better and on time

close to the motorway, clean

when we arrived, at 19:36 the penthouse flat we booked was given to somebody else. embarassement followed and we were offered an airbnb type appartment next door, within a residential block of flats, meaning that for dinner and breakfast we had to take a walk. Not what we planned in terms of facilities initially described!

Just off the highway but very, very quiet Good breakfast buffet and friendly and helpful staff

Close to fraud, misleading description

We chose Hotel Testani Frosinone on our journey to southern Italy to have a safe overnight stay in a clean environment while still being close to the highway. However, the stay at the “hotel,” even though it was just for one night, turned out to be more of a nightmare. It took the receptionist roughly 50 minutes to find our reservation, even though it had been made normally through booking.com. Later, she informed us that our room, which they call an “atelier apartment,” was not located in the hotel building itself but nearby, which wasn’t mentioned at all in the room description. We were supposed to be accompanied to the room by a helper from the kitchen. To our dismay, this “atelier apartment” was located in a block of flats 350 meters away from the hotel, in a building with about 50 other private apartments. The building had a partially malfunctioning, fairly dangerous elevator and was dirty. Had we not been traveling with our pets and were not exhausted after a 12-hour drive, we definitely wouldn’t have stayed in this “hotel.” If you need a safe and hassle-free place to stay overnight, definitely look for another hotel where you won’t be misled.

Very close to Motor way A1. Comfortable room with country views. Good breakfast and amazing dinner. Parking onsite is a bonus. Staff helpful.

Great location not far from the Autostrada. Room was very quiet. Great evening meals, large menu selection. Good quality breakfast

Very polite staffAlthough as I am disabled it was a little uncomfortable for me to shower

The only negative thing I would say is that the room was not accessible for disabled

The room is big and clean. The hotel staff is very helpful. They help me a lot, even after my check out, which I really appreciate. The sightseeing around the hotel is also fantastic.

Well, the hotel location is a bit embarrassed. If you take a train to the city, you better ask hotel to help book a taxi in advance. Because it's not easy to book a taxi in the train station. Meanwhile, there is no shop around the hotel since it's close to highway.

Location was ideal with proximity to autostrada along with secure parking. The en suite room was comfortable with a good level of facilities

Don't have anything adverse to say; this is a really good budget hotel for a stop over when travelling from southern Italy

Location was great. Hotel was great. Food was great. Most of the staff were great.

The evening restaurant were not so great. The lady server was really good. The two male servers were not trained properly, spent more time trying to look ‘cool’ than looking to the needs of the guests!

Great location for travellers - right next to the motorway, big room with big bed, kind staff who speaks english very well, restaurant in the hotel with great foods and friendly prices, restaurant bills can be paid when leaving the hotel, big closed parking, great view

The corridors are a bit labyrinthine

stop over travelling south from Romeeasy on site parking large clean room friendly staffokay breakfast

Great staff, clean and with a fantastic restaurant.

Air con was weak and (room hot). Power was a bit temperamental and would cut off.

Breakfast was good. My room was a bit noisy based on location near elevator and maid's storage closet.

The restaurant was quite good . the location is excellent right next to the freeway entrance

the reception staff is rude and inexperienced and charged for the wrong restaurant bill and took over 30 mins to reverse the charge

The location is great, easy to get to. Also, parking is easy.

The single reason this property gets low scores from me is cigarette smoke. Some guests are smoking in rooms and the smell made it’s way into my room. I actually woke up in the middle of the night from the smell of smoke. I also smelled smoke in the hallways. Because of this, I will not stay at this hotel again.

Hotel restaurant and staff were great. Great shower and comfortable bedding. Linens were clean and crisp.

The pictures were taken when building was new and while an ok place to stay the place looks very depressing and worn.

Comfortable hotel next to the highway. We stopped there one night during our long trip in car. There was all we needed: parking spots, clean and large room, a nice restaurant inside the hotel.
