Baseetto's was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Had a lovely meal, with great explanations in English from our knowledgeable waiter. It was a good stopping off hotel on our travels to southern Italy from Rome.

The night we stayed it was very quiet, which would usually be splendid. But it did mean there wasn't a real buzz for atmosphere. It would be great to see the hotel and restaurant in full swing but we did gave a great stay.

I like that is a hotel manage by family and the restourant

The hotel room are quite old, in my ceiling of my bathroom there was a large stain probably due to a water leakage.

Staff were excellent and friendly, it met my needs.

The room was clean with a new television and plenty of options for channels, which was much appreciated to relax. The breakfast was also very good! Initially we were given a room which had no functioning heating and needed some maintenance, but the staff was helpful and understanding and when the heating issue persisted moved us to a new room.

We traveled with a big group of family to visit extended family in Ferentino. The staff was incredibly helpful and hospitable. The food was some of the best we ever had in Italy. The hotel went above and beyond to make us comfortable and happy. Felt like a home away from home.

Everyone there was extremely helpful, kind, and friendly. I’m from the US and needed information about the train, bus, and taxi. Elisa there spoke English and was helpful in explaining options. The food was beyond amazing. Luigi was our server and was friendly and funny.

Dinner and breakfast in the restaurant was nice. Restaurant staff were very helpful with the menu as I am a vegetarian and my coworker is a coeliac. Reception staff were helpful with organizing taxis.

The wifi did not work at all, which was disappointing as I was on a work trip and needed to be able to work from my room. The room smelled like cigarette smoke.

Very friendly staff. I was very late for breakfast but they made sure i was fed.

The staff were very helpful, for example they found us somewhere safe for our bikes overnight. Breakfast was good, with generous amounts. We had told them that we were vegan and they had non-dairy 'milk' for us.

Our room was quite small.

Friendly staff

Very outdated room, poor shower and breakfast. Only a few pizza places are near the hotel

- The hall and the breakfast room are spacious and elegant.- I liked the decor of my room: the furniture was polished.- Wide free parking around the hotel premises and across the road.- The sky decoder with satellite channels (there's sky calcio, too).

- WI-FI not working well: weak signal.- Since in the night it got a bit cold, it was a drag that the room was not provided with a quilt and I couldn't even turn the heating on (it was deactivated or something). - No buffet breakfast.

The breakfast is fair and the position next to the industrial area of the province is really comfortable.

No electrical plugs next to the beds, fridge not working at all, and poor window fixtures: rolling shutter not working properly (the receptionist has been warned and nothing was done about it) and basically no thermal isolation for the air conditioning.
