Left early before 7.30 so missed breakfast. Pizza for dinner was the best. Love the large expansive country feel of the hotel.......beautiful.

Room aircon was not working...bummer.

The property is close to all major highways and main roads. The pool area is very nice and the surrounding view are spectacular.Food is incredible with all fresh ingredients and very flavorful. You will not be disappointed with this property. The staff can’t do enough for you and are ready for all your needs. Truly amazing. AAA+++ Spectacular

Pool closes a little too early but that also is a minor detail

Location is amazing! Inside the nature we enjoy a lot. Swimming pool very good. Just the rooms need to update the furniture. Breakfast very good. I will recommend to my friends.

Friendly staff, lovely pool & amazing restaurant

The pool was nice (but cold) The rooms were clean but the dated red coverlets need to go!! The long tree lined driveway was beautiful. Excellent cappuccinos. Near our family we were visiting and would def stay again!!!

The red bed covers look very dated. The shower does not close all the way so the water comes out. There were no tissues to be found. The music at the pool is too loud! And starts early so beware.

The staff seemed annoyed with our group of 10 which included 4 children.

Staff a bit cold. Example coffee was served to table sometimes .Eggs were really cold and hard Slow staff

All of the staff went beyond my expectations and it felt like I was staying at home. We have a family member with celiac and the selection of gluten free, non cross contamination foods were a great surprise.I think we have decided that this will definitely be a repeat property to visit.Thank you everyone at the Uliveto :)

This was not our first visit to Ulvieto! This is in the countryside south of Rome in the small town of Veroli, rolling hills, Olive trees, Jasmine in full bloom, Roses everywhere- Now the best part- if you take a little time to talk to the staff many of whom are the founders children, in laws etc you will become like family U do have to initiate the conversation! They will not infringe on your space unless you want them to- Then the food it’s as good as it gets- The area is well known for its high quality local cuisine- We love it possibly the best Pasta in all of Italia!!!! If you want a taste of Central Italia make this a stop for yourself, day trips to Fiuggi, MonteCasino, caves and just beautiful back roads! Enjoy

The pool was not Open for the season yet?

Hotel is great, all the people were very friendly and made their very best to accommodate us and ensure our stay was great. Food in the restaurant is a must try.

I think my only suggestion will be to leave the pool open for a little bit longer, I fully understand it is due to safety reasons but might be good to at least open for 1-2 hours more in the evening.
