- Service of the hotel staff was great.
- they did offer free of charge mini local sweet and same fruits and water and wine it was nice really
- Breakfast I liked it most amongst others. The garden view is excellent and very relaxing.Lounge facilities and bar plu restaurant are very nice
Cons -
- The pool wasn’t clean, a lot of debris and the pool was cleaned properly for a long time. We had the presidential suite, and our outlet in the bathroom was working, the staff tried to help, but end up giving us an extension cord.
- room was cold
- The appeance of the tennis court which is tottaly abandoned. The tennis court is located under the pine trees and deserves a better handling in the future. I got the information that nobody uses the court throughout these years. Neveththeless this does not change my opinion that this hotel gurantees a pleasant stay.

Breakfast was good. Pool was nice. Cats were the best. We stayed at nine different hotels in Greece and this was definitely the most expensive. But not worth the money. Parking was horrible in the evening.
Small room. Much too expensive for what it was.
The location was amazing. Maria was awesome. They were very polite in letting us wait and get our rooms. They let us check in early.x
Parking was amlittle difficult but it’s worth the location.
Big rooms and very clean
indoor pool is small
The hotel is maintained on the exterior and looks very nice. The rooms do not have balconies and the bathrooms have shower curtains. Very nice breakfast included.
Passable
The room is not of the luxury type as was booked. It looks like a standard room in a 3-star hotel with extra space. The insulation is bad. The compliment on behalf of the hotel is the cheapest terrible wine and rotten mandarine.
the room was very big! the bed is very comfortable! breakfast is rich and tasty
Great service and great people
The carpet looks disgusting. The smell from mould in the hallways is clear. Int needs a renovation. Parking lot has ditches and hole sin the ground, tripped over several times
Clean rooms, polite staff, good breakfast buffet
Gym opens at 13:00. Bit old needs renovation. Too expensive for what offered
We loved our room and very clean!! The staff were amazing! Breakfast was also superb! I also loved the spa massage I did.Would definitely recommend and will come back.
We had to head to Larissa because of the bad weather conditions. We found the hotel via booking and decided to stay for one night. Due to the exceptional rain and storm, we had a few issues but the staff solved the problem in a few minutes. The overall cleaning was perfect. Breakfast was delicious the staff and the supervisor were amiable.(I can't recall his name but hopefully he was Dimitry :) )
Good pool, staff attentive and even give you a glass of iced water as you come out of the pool.Breakfast was good. Had a lovely welcoming plate of goodies plus wine.
Extremely nice staff, good facilities and breakfast.
The rooms were a bit outdated for the price but the biggest issue was that it was not very clean.
Pool and very friendly staff
Room need an update.
Comfortabele room, clean and with a nice porch.

Wonderful hotel in nice location of city. Exceptional breakfast and friendly staff
Very good breakfast, plentiful and large variety. Spacious hotel complex, very nicely designed and built. Free parking with enough available parking spots.
Already was pretty disappointed that the gym only opened between 1-9pm, isn't it usual for people to go also before/after breakfast? But then when I wanted to go on Sunday afternoon, I was told that it is closed. Because it is Sunday. This is not a shop, this is a hotel. A gym should at best be open 24/7, nothing to supervise etc. Also, and while a kind idea, it is not a good idea to offer the guests fruits in the bungalows which are surrounded by grass and bushes. Had to kill quite a few ants that were attracted by the fruity smell.
