Pros +
- We got an upgrade for a suite and the room was almost like a small apartment. Fully functioned and spacious with a great view. The breakfast had a big variety and was delicious.
- Location, staff, room amenities.
- This place deserves every star of its five stars. Outstanding concierge service. Top notch breakfast. Great comfortable and very quiet rooms. Excellent location. Elegant and clean.
Cons -
- Could get some renovation, since it seems like a 90s hotel in the interior. Also, since we have asked for a smoking room and the room had a balcony, an ashtray could have been provided. other than that, it was super nice!
- No parking

The superior suite was very spacious. The staff was very helpful and nice.
The small tub, and the hours for the fitness center. The fitness center should be open 24 hours to accommodate early risers.

Pool to be a bit warmer
Excellent staff who went out of their way to help me by researching ways for me to explore the area around the city. Wonderful buffet breakfast, great central location and comfortable bed in a quiet neighborhood.

The hotel is located in the city center, which is great. The cleanliness of the hotel is excellent. Friendly staff.
The price of accommodation is too high compared to what is offered. The hotel does not meet the standards of a 5-star hotel:- Breakfast does not have nearly as diverse a food offer as other 5-star hotels;- Showers in shower cabins are cheap equipment;- Gym equipment is located right next to the pool, which is unacceptable- The gym does not have even a third of the equipment that any average gym has- The pool was not chemically correct.- Steam bath and sauna did not work
It was fantastic. Very welcoming, comfortable and helping. The room was very big and warm and the location was convenient. We're planning to visit Larissa again.
Great location, very nice breakfast, very kind staff
Rooms are not very sound proofing. You can drive up to the hotel door to leave your luggage, but there is no parking available within the hotel. A private parking located very close is used with extra payment.
Staff where helpful and friendly
Room quality of beds mattress linen poor Breakfast hot section was extremely poor Cold section was an improvement
Central location, right in the heart of the shopping & commercial district, as well as opposite the ancient theatre. Within walking distance to restaurants, bars and cafes.
Never managed to get breakfast as the hotel was fully booked and there was a long queue waiting to be seated. After 10 mins of waiting standing outside of the breakfast room, I gave up and went to a brunch store nearby. Wouldn't expect that from a 5* hotel. My point of view is that you should be able to navigate through such conditions and accommodate your clients either with no full occupancy or full capacity.
The fact that there are smoking rooms is very convenient and the location is very good and the staff is very helpful!
The rooms need immediate renovation as they are dated and the furniture are broken. Also, the lighting in the room is based on table lamps as there is only one small lamp on the ceiling, also the bathtub is almost dark as there are only 3 light bulbs over the sink which do not illuminate the entire bathroom adequately. The wallpaper is mouldy and starts to come off.
The most convenient location for the Larissa city center, close to all: shops, restaurants, cafes and sights. Very pleasant staff and ready to assist with any request. Parking is very close nearby, in a building with multiple floors, 24h available and guarded. Great swimming pool area! Good range of breakfast buffet.
Initially we got a room where the cigarette smell from, probably nearby rooms, was quite strong. Nevertheless, we requested a change, and this was very happily and swiftly accommodated. The parking staff, although not employed by the hotel - they' re an entity collaborating with the hotel, could try to be more helpful, especially to hotel guests: we arrived on a Saturday afternoon, and they almost dismissed us despite being hotel guests. Moreover, I would propose to the hotel staff, to send info regarding how to arrive by car to the hotel prior to arrival, just to make sure that it's clear that it is possible to go on the pedestrian walkway by car just to unpack your luggage from it.
The location
Not Worth the HypeWe booked an executive room expecting a 5-star experience, but it felt more like a 4-star hotel. The bed was uncomfortably small for a double, and the advertised amenities fell short—most notably, the sauna was out of order. Overall, it was underwhelming for the price and expectations.
Disappointing
Breakfast was too basic for a 5 stars restaurant. The SPA isn't functioning at all and this is the main reason why we went
Everything was ok and plesent. Stuff was kind and helpful.
Hotel furniture and general vibe is old and not up to date..
Its location, kind and helpful staff and its cleanliness. I thank them for upgrading me to the full suite which I enjoyed very much
The Buffet Breakfast could have had some additional hot choices to the menu. I found the food coldAlso, it would have been nice to have a small table and chair in the balcony to sit.
- location- size of room and bed- efficient check in process
- no spa / exercise facilities as closed- breakfast options were limited
Location was ideal for sightseeing and shopping in Larisa. The staff were all so helpful, happy and made our experience a 10/10
Parking is a little difficult in the area.
