Hotel Metropol

Location

Hotel is not clean, uncomfortable, antiquated, rooms are very small and dark, very old building with desperate need of repairs, bathroom is ridiculously small, almost like in a 3rd class cruise liner, no amenities (soap, shampoo, very old and small towel)

The breakfast was fair and the coffee had a strange aftertaste.

The fear of cockroaches appearing when I turned on the light in the middle of the night.

The staff was polite and the room was clean.

The room had a small fridge with a door that didn’t close properly. The air conditioning was locked at 25°C and couldn’t be adjusted, which made it uncomfortable and required a blanket to sleep. The toilet had a flush that you had to keep pressing it down for it to work. Overall, not worth the money.

Metropol Hotel is perfectly located in Larissa downtown. It is full with people, shops, caffes, bars and all you can need is very near. Staff is very kind and providing info. There is underground parking for the guests and they send instructions how to come.

Very outdated, shower has one opening wall that water pour on the floor. It also smells mold. Breakfast is too basic. Bed is bad. 2 beds together, and we roll into the center.

Not for light sleepers since the isolation is really really bad and you can hear a needle drop in the neighboring rooms and the hallway

The room was dark, old and with a tobacco smell. It was very nice that they’ve offered us another room, a bit better one but still not fresh. Breakfast was included but we couldn’t find something attractive there

Nice stuff and nice service! Also the location is awesome, which is in the very city center. First stop in Larissa, really nice experience :)

Super central

The hotel needs renovation in the bathrooms, also very difficult to park, the hotel even thought it has parking there are too many cars parked there that it is impossible to even turn the car at some cases.

The bathroom was small but clean.The beds were comfy. The hotel is in a really good location

The room had 0 soundproofing and we could hear people snoring next to our room, people passing by and other people moving furniture on the upper floor.

Fantastic location with welcoming and friendly staff.

The room could use some renovation. The lighting in the bathroom was extremely poor.

The location could not be better and the underground parking is a huge plus. The staff were very kind and very flexible with our requests.

The sound insulation is terrible, even in the "new" wing of the hotel. We could hear all the discussions and intimate deeds from other rooms too well... Bring earplugs for the night.

I liked the staff, all persons helpful. and the location is very good.

For a longer stay, some more confort would be better
