- Some rooms were very small
- Outdated, staff at the reception was incompetent and rude. We reported that the minibar in our room was broken and they started to argue that this is “normal” and we should not expect that the fridge must be cold inside. No customer orientation and service at all. They promised to check, but this was never done so they just ignored our complaint. Place needs general renovation, it was once nicely built but it was decades ago and looks no investment is done after that to keep it modern and clean. One of the benches in Hammam was broken and the big glass door in the shower nearby was also broken and not fixed at all. My wife almost injured herself with that door. If I wouldn’t be nearby to capture it, it could be an accident.

Room was not ready, waited ordered food in the restourant 1 hour, Hotel inside is very old and used.
We loved the overall friendly helpful and family run athmosphere. Happy guests reflected that too.
This was a lovely relaxing venue,from the first moment we felt welcome and they was helpful to every small detail to make are stay perfect. Also the food we excellent.
